They did very well the first time I went to this location. Second time, kinda felt rushed. And for a haircut near the mid 20 range, I contemplate of going to a barbershop for only a few bucks more

I received a great haircut from Margie, and all of the staff were very friendly. Margie was very methodical, professional, and confirmed every detail beforehand. Overall, a wonderful experience! I would recommend scheduling beforehand, since they were quite busy.

I asked for a specific hair style and they completely messed it up and I asked for half an inch off the top and they took a lot more than that. I asked for a small fade, not enough to see the skin but like good enough for the fade to be visible and they gave me a taper, my hair is messed up now and I won’t be going back.

I just wanted to share that the customer service at this sports clips is was absolutely appalling, I understand that during the holidays it's busy but it's really no need to have an attitude with customers for simply asking questions. First of all I don't appreciate that as a woman they treat me as a second class citizen because they don't do "women's haircuts" non the less I'm the woman that's paying for the haircut for my son. Being disrespectful won't get you a better tip, racing through my sons haircut and being gruff with him durning the haircut won't get you anywhere with me either. I will omit the lady name who cut my sons hair due to the fact that at the end of the day it's managements job to train them to not be rude to paying customers, I would honestly pick anywhere else in town to get a haircut especially for the price and especially don't bring children unless you are okay with the child being scolded and disrespected right in front of you.

Busy on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and for some reason the app doesn't allow me to make reservationsSo as walk in was told it would be 20 minute wait which ended up being 30 or so but acceptable. Haircut went well and lady listened and followed my request.All in all a good haircut and good experience.

I recently visited Sports Clips for a haircut, and I must say that my experience was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a lackluster atmosphere and a complete disregard for customer service.Firstly, the staff seemed disinterested and unengaged. They barely acknowledged my presence and did not make any effort to provide a warm welcome or make me feel comfortable. It felt like they were just going through the motions without any genuine care for the customers.Moreover, the haircut itself was far from satisfactory. Thank you to big city cuts for repairing the damage this company has done to me.Service: Haircut

The ladies always treat clients with upmost respect, by treating one client at a time, no matter how busy it is. The online system works well most times and you can request a stylist but all of them do a great job. Just like any place though the greats are always busy so thanks for what you do Margie and Jess!!!
