I came in all happy and nice even though my card wasn’t working outside which was okay, it happens. I went inside and the young lady at the register named Ily was very rude when speaking to me and paid no mind to me when I spoke on the issue that was happening. Better customer service is all.

I called and spoke to the"assistant manager" she advised her name was Cindy. She was rude and condisenting, apparently she's miserable with her job that she treats clients that way. I would really appreciate if a Real Manager can reach out because that was appalling.

Speedway is one of the corner stores that has taken over El Paso Texas by surprise and I like it be quiet honest before it seems like it was in the blink of an eye this amazing store got established the service is amazing the people that work there is amazing service amazing the store is fully Wells stocked I obviously want to 100% recommended store to everyone thank you very much

They need to fix both the tap to pay and the chip reader on pump 2. That is expected in a rural gas station, but this is the busiest corner on the east side. Up your game and check your machines.

Zero stars if I could. Called to ask the price of gas and the girl who answered scoffed and rudely said that they don't give out that information over the phone. With gas prices the way they are right now, you should. Never going back to that station again.

Stopped in 12/24/21 to pick up some items guess the little girl behind the counter was upset she had to work as she was rude on her phone the whole time we since we walked in to the store even as we approached the counter used vulgar language with me and my 12 year old son I ask her multiple times to not use that kind of language and she told me if I didn't like it to leave the store, I don't know what the hiring process is but it seems that this the only store that has no customer service experience at all and its not hard to just put on a smile and do your job especially if customers are being curious and are the ones who make the business to complete the paycheck to pay the staff. This is honestly worst store (Speedway) around! I hope that clerk gets retrained or reassigned. Or if she doesn't like working with people find something that she does like. God Bless her! Never again will this Long time Customer return

My go to for 'last minutes', but not my first 'go to' if I have time to plan...if that makes sense?! If you need beer, gas, or tobacco unless minutes notice you won't be disappointed. But it's a speedway gas station...don't expect Wawa quality.
