Person at night need to get fired ! Always has the sign that says “ stocking cooler , back in 30 min “ ALWAYS . Closest gas station by my house and countless times that that sign is up all night .

Usually don’t complain about gas stations but this one was ridiculous. Floors were wet and no sign at all. Employees at register were too interested in talking about their music didn’t tell me my total , was trying to do Apple Pay and didn’t even hear me when I told him so he could push whatever button he needs to in the screen and stood there waiting to tell me if I was good or not… I had to ask if I was good to go. So unprofessional.

Cashier was unprofessional. Waited there for basically 30 minutes for her to come out of her hiding spot. When she finally came to the front I forgot my ID at my house to purchase alcohol. Which is fine I'll just come back at a different time. But when she told me "oh you're gonna have to back home to get you're ID" It didn't sit well with me. I simple hey I can't sell you this because you don't have you're ID would suffice. I don't need a snarky remark from a person that looks like every nerdy girl in a telenovela that get killed off by the third episode because they are annoying.

A few days ago, I went around 9:30-10 at night to purchase a few things. The store was closed for nearly 15/20 minutes with a sign stating that someone was in the restroom (could have been more since it was already closed when I arrived). Indeed a young man came out of the restroom but ignored my hard knocking on the door and proceeded to the back of the refrigerators ignoring two other customers. It seemed he went in to vape/smoke since he could be seen through the refrigerators. Since I walked to the convenience store, I was left without a choice but to wait for the young man as I couldn't go to another store. The other two customers drove away. When I mentioned this to him, he seemed indifferent/not caring. I was disappointed since this store always has great, friendly staff.
