Come to apparently a 24 hr store, unfortunately the cleck, when asked if the store was open at 3:10 after waiting for like 30 minutes because the store was close,We decided to get off and ask if the store was going to open this man made a hand jester, I asked again can’t hear you!! I felt so disrespected, acuse off being drunk and yelling and banging his hand on the entrance door, Yelling at me get the F out of here!!! I understand that cleaning is important, but I strongly also believe that our services is also important.. night before the young man that assisted was friendly efficient, and this JERK SCREAMING DISRESPECTING US !! It’s not anyones fault that you chose this job that does require customer service!! Please be considerate with us your customers let us know store is close for cleaning or close for couple of minutes!! Let customers know!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE ATTITUDE no stars!!⭐️ and SIR!! Don’t be rude, I understand your frustration and what you deal with!! But you didn’t have to answer that way, God Bless you! Even if you acted like a JERK

Have been to this location regularly and this is a constant problem. They refuse to "update" prices, or adjust what rings up. you show C4 Energy drinks at 2.99 (or 2 for 5) but they ring you up at 3.79 cashier was rather rude & condescending when asked to check price and honor advertised price. Horrible customer service ?

Of the many national franchises of the United States of America Speedway has managed to master hospitality and customers service congratulations to the team at Speedway all the trainers the managers and everyone who makes it possible for us to grab a cold beverage put gasoline in our cars it is because of all that intense hard work that is why I want to encourage everyone to become a customer of speedway.

This an excellent place, cashiers are kind and always greet each and every customer that comes in with a “hello, welcome”!My only concern is the iced coffee machine (the frozen slurpy one) both flavors are delicious (mocha and vanilla) it is mostly out of service ?.Is there another Speedway I can get this coffee? I’ve tried several and they don’t have one.Is this the only place that has it? (George Dieter @ Trawood)Thank you!A desperate frozen coffee lover ❤️?

I often shop at the 1797 George Dieter Speedway and I have to complement Rafeal and ben for their exquisite Customer service . These two men should be given a raise in my opinion for their dedication to customer service. They greet you with a smile on their face and always ask about my day. I would like for you to show this review to corporate, because of the training this company delivers to customer service. These men always know what brand of cigarettes I buy and always give me a receipt, which I can say not all gas stations will remember their customers.

I felt compelled to share my expirence today. I frequent this gas station often since its so close to my house. I went in to purchase some tabacco products. While checking out I used my military ID the guy asked if I had another form of Identification. In my head im thinking "I dont need another ID". I explained to him I do have a paper license at the moment. We completed the transaction. Just felt his demonor and attitude toward me using a 100% legal ID was unproffesional.

Terrible service they refused to serve a person with respiratory problems but they refused him service because he wasn’t wearing a mask. He isn’t required to and can’t since he has claustrophobia. I’m not going back after seeing how they treated that man
