Place is ridiculous no matter what day what time you come here you will be waiting 2+hrs to get anything done. When will you see these reviews and make the changes needed to better serve your clients this is gotten to be such a problem I’m more than likely going to change my services.

Worst customer service. Waiting times are horrible. I made a reservation, checked in, i was the next one in line and got skipped twice by the employees. Then whats the point of reservation and checking in??? Horrible service! And 3 stations empty instead of getting employees to help out.

Ricardo Acosta the sales associate At my local spectrum store went above and beyond to not only answer questions about adding services but updated and link all my accounts with ease. His customer service skills is what EVERY spectrum employee should model. Seriously you can’t pay for that type of care. He really enjoys and is knowledgeable about his job. He deserves a kudos. Plus Spectrum services are hands down the top for high speed internet and TV.

Weekday, 5:30 pm, 21 clients waiting, 2 out 5 employees, often disappearing for long. This place is always sleep mode. No sense of urgency. I took pictures of 3 stations abandoned by the workers

The amount of time we had to wait to rectify a mobile billing issue was outrageous. I was transferred to 6 different customer service reps and was on the phone for 1 1/2 hours and had to explain the issue each time.Their lack of understanding and handling the issue was terrible.Apparently, loyalty for many years to a company doesn't matter.

Really bad customer service. Do not get inrernet from this provider. The only thing slower than their internet it's their employees. They take a break every minute. Get ready to wait for more than an hour.

absolutely awful service, both from a customer service perspective as well as from actual ser quality. In addition, when cancelling my service they convinced me to try a higher speed internet without extra charge and then ended up charging me the higher fee for the month and when I refused to pay they turned it in to a credit agency. Absolutely despicabl, I would never go with Spectrum internet again.

So many outages that last for hours and hours. And nothing can be done about it???Some of us work from home and these outages are making us lose money.Response to comment: we have been contacting support. The issue is not our equipment. The outages are in zip code 79936. Please take care of this.

Spectrum is an alright internet line for what it costs but I had TERRIBLE customer service at this specific location by Salvador. He left my brother and husband locked outside in the heat when my brother had already been inside with me and my husband is the primary holder of the account. Talking about “we can’t let you in by law after hours” when the door LITERALLY SAYS “THIS DOOR IS TO REMAIN OPEN WHILE THE BUILDING IS BEING USED” if I was inside and the building was in use and they were handing me equipment why are my husband and brother outside? When it was brought up to him he laughed and was over all just rude while helping me out. I will consider keeping spectrum but I am definitely NEVER returning to this store.

Terrible response, and terrible services. When I tried to apply there was a job fair and how I knew about this was because a security guard told me about it and told me that I could apply in person. So next week comes by and I'm waiting outside on the hot sun not a single employee asking or anything they just didn't care until a different security guard let us in for the job fair. Don't know why everyone that went outside was confused as if they didn't want us there. When I went in they told me to sign in and when I saw the paper and saw"interview" I was very concerned that I won't be able to apply in person. That's when they gave me an guest badge to enter and they walked me with a cool dude that showed us a video about what we where gonna do and he told me his experience working in spectrum, but finally they called me for this interview. The guy there didn't seem to care to what I was saying. When he guide me to his tiny office I told me I was here to apply in person he looked the stereotype of being friendly just because it was his job and even told me weird stuff. In the end, I got escorted out and never heard from them again they rejected my application many times. Overall don't apply here there's just self entitled people who think that they are better than everyone and even the people who work there don't give a damn and are just rude, so yeah don't apply. I went to this store needing assistance in returning 2 digital cable boxes, which I no longer needed. Although the wait was longer than expected, the 3 representatives working at the time were exceptional in listening and assisting each customer's concerns and trying to find solutions for each one. When my turn arose, I was fortunate to have Eric help me. Eric was exceptionally professional, helpful, and was a great listener in servicing my requests. He genuinely expressed concerns for my long-time business by thoroughly reviewing my account and offering me great suggestions that would further enhance my direct needs. His outstanding customer service and sincere care for my individual needs further enhance my continued business relationship with Spectrum. Great Job!!!

Internet was terrible all the time, was always getting disconnected and they charge a very steep price for their services. Moved with a better internet provider. Cancelled one day into the month and they still charged us the whole $85.00, beware this terrible company does not prorate, is better if you cancel towards the end of your billing cycle.

The staff was slow at taking care of the people's needs. They were talking, needlessly with the customers and did not have any urgency, which made us wait for a longer time. Took me an hour to be taken care of.

I was going to cancel my service of internet because my promotion was over. Vanessa S. Was able to get me a good deal again so I keep the service ?. Waiting time can be a while. I recommend you make an appointment that way when you get there you just sign in and you will be first on line. Waiting time can be more than an hour long ?. Make an appointment ?.

There was about 15 people ahead of me waited about 30 minutes, not bad. Alejandra from George dieter store assisted me with my services. Happy customer!
