Slow service, absolutely no desire to try and get customers in and out. The representative take their time in between customers. They can see its a packed house, and they still dont care how long you have to wait, just to try and return equipment. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

This company may occasionally throttle your internet. It is disappointing to see how they receive government subsidies while still charging high prices for internet service that may not always meet your expectations. It would be nice to see more focus on providing reliable and quality service rather than just maximizing profits.

Tried to find out the double charge and why they started billing separately for mobile and Internet for the last 3 months (bundle service for 29.99 and becoming 29.99+29.99) but instead of helping us figuring out the issue, they refused to do nothing to help.Useless customer service.

Picked up router and modem for home install of internet. Had Spectrum service in Wisconsin with no issues, so I was glad to see that I could continue it out here. Excellent and fast customer service in the store.

Lady made we wait 20 min at counter only to tell me to come back tomorrow. Nice to know Spectrum is still Spectrum in SC or TX.

Was super quick, I had to return a cable box. They gave me my receipt. They had came to my apartment to pick it up so I didn't have to drop it off but when they came I had just woken up from a nap and so out of it I had no idea what they were talking about lol

When Charter Communications brand was Time Warner Cable the service, reliability, and cost was all a great value, but since Charter Communications branded over to Spectrum, the majority of their focus has been on greed and lack of transparency as they continually increase costs to customers that only find this out after the increase and having to call in and question why their bill went up “AGAIN” as the reliability of the service continually decreases.
There are other Internet and cable providers and competitors that offer and provide much better value and actually focus on their customers’ service and needs and not on their company’s profit margins. Unlike Spectrum, that passes on the cost to their customers to pay for those elaborate fabricated commercials of customer loyalty, premium service, and transparency of no pricing increases, PFFFFFFT!

Unless an outage lasts longer than four hours they won’t give you an account credit. So they charge you for services you do not receive. A hallmark of the abysmal company that is Spectrum.

You're prices are ridiculous high and you're Zaragoza store needs more employees you guys make a killing so there's no reason why we should wait for an hour to 2 hours not recommended very bad service and then you guys lie about the cellphone service
