I had a TERRIBLE experience at this location and also will be contacting cooperate. My wife and I went to pay and when in line my wife noticed this guy was being extremely rude with an older couple paying with a card and it looked like he was irritated but whatever not our business but when it was our turn “bruce” immediately started THROWING the glass bottles while scanning and bagging it almost looked like he wanted them to break. I got a little alien type thing and it had a cool tag accessory with it but bruce took it off and when i asked for it he threw it real hard. We felt super uncomfortable. Never had this experience at any other specs location!

Worst customer service , guy named Efren is horrible at dealing with customers, according to him, " Specs does not need our money" and he looks like a slob, Specs does not need a guy like efren working there, SPECS YOU CAN DO BETTER

Efren with the Play Station hat has ZERO customer service. We got turned away because our 35 year old pregnant friend that was accompanying us didn’t have her ID. Mind you she was NOT buying alcohol she had non-alcoholic items for example olives, cheese, crackers (to make a charcuterie) we were going to be paying for our alcohol items in a different transaction. Employees told us, we had to come back with her ID. Buddy and I dropped off my wife and his came back and were told they couldn’t sell to us until they had her ID or we had to come back in 24 hours. We told the employees and manager “you’re really trying to lose money on one sale, cause my pregnant wife doesn’t have her ID” Efren with his play station hat responded with attitude “We don’t lose money trust me”. That dude had an attitude from the moment I walked in and joked around asking “where do you all have your drinks for pregnant woman”. If you don’t like your job maybe find something else that you enjoy doing.
We ended up going to the Specs down on Mesa TOTALLY different customer service from all employees. SPECS ON SUNLAND 1/10 !!!
P.S. it’s not the first time I go and see employees with attitude at Sunland.
