A bolt ended up breaking or falling off my bike when I was in the area so I wasn't able to shift or drive safely. I ended up pulling over and parking in the parking lot. They ended up helping me find the right bolt and let me use their tools to figure out. The shop is pretty cool and has many BMW and VW parts. Customer service was great and definitely saved my a** today.
