I’ve gone to this place a few times however after today never again. The store is inside of Walmart, as I was walking by I saw there was $20 in front of the counter. I picked it up and showed the guy (MATTHEW) and continued walking away. He chased me out of the store and said it was a “clients” he then SNATCHED THE money out of my hand. People around us were even shocked at how ugly he reacted. After shopping I went back in and asked for proof that he had already contacted the client to give the money back. He then began stuttering trying to figure out what to say and then changed the whole story claiming it was actually his money that he dropped when he was going to make a deposit. He showed me an envelope of money saying it was from there yet the money in the envelope was all straight and the money I found was folded like it fell from someone pocket, not like it was ready to be deposited like the rest. He kept the money for himself when I rightfully found it. I had no problem giving it back since he claimed he knew who it belonged to, however it was all a lie. Was making that big scene in front of everyone worth pocketing the $20? I will tell this story to everyone I know because the main thing I didn’t appreciate was how ugly and rude he snatched the money from my hands. Hopefully he can use it to better up his look rather than looking like he just got out of bed.

We had the gentleman cut my fidgety 5 year old son’s hair twice now. He was very good and calm and friendly with my son. So much so that when I told my son we were going somewhere else to get a cut my son said no, he wanted to come back here.

Great with kids. If you have children and they're finicky like mine is about their hair, then I recommend you make an appointment with this salon, you won't be disappointed.

I am fairly new to town and needed to have a hair trim and did not know anyone in town. Just needed a trim. I called several shops and was quoted prices of $80 or thereabouts. Made an appointment at this Smart Style at Walmart on Mesa for haircut, shampoo, and style. The stylist was prompt, friendly and did not push products. For $33 Beatrice was patient and thorough and did my cut as per my request. The service was as good as any salon I have gone to before and paid at least twice as much. Very pleased. In and out quickly and satisfied with money well spent. This will be my go-to place.
