Amazing I was looking for bedsheets that would not come off and Alfred was so helpful. He even went as far as telling me how to find a spacer to go between the mattresses. If you have a twin XL adjustable bed making into a king they also helped me out with the huge problem when I got home with my very expensive sheets my daughter dropped a Clorox pin and ruined my expensive Sheets they were so kind to replace them for free. That’s customer service look no further for all your bedding needs.

Bed does not have a 15 year warranty as the sales man states. It is a 15 year pro rated warranty. The first fourteen months its covered at 100%. After that is is a pro rated amount BED IS TWO YEARS OLD SO PRORATED AMOUNT WAS 60%ITS NOT CHEEP. Called customer service and the rep has you trouble shoot the bed remove parts unplug etc, Then she states this is what you NEW Foam and a strap to hold the foam and it will cost you $414.06 to replace parts and have them installed. I am not a bed expert so I paid for my parts and installation of parts. Technicians arrive installed some parts stated other parts are not needed. Send them back . So I get a call back from corporate and they are NON refundable . SO just keep in mind though out the years if the pump or anything goes out the air chambers side of the bed caves in, foam collapse .You will be paying out of pocket and investing more money!! AS they stated at corporate and the store its in fine print....

This isn't really for the store, the bed wasn’t for me. Beware that the delivery/setup is not included in the 100 night trial. Nor is the pickup fee. I didn’t make it the whole 100 nights. Bed is no better than what I had before. Still out 10% of the price of the bed for the fees. Not really a scam but wasn’t disclosed.

Its just an over price bed that you can find somewhere else at a better price. Once you buy, you cant return as the base its made from factory specifically for “you”…… bed doesn’t provide right data through the app and then it moves down more each time even though it has “magnets” to hold itself and you cannot even buy a bed frame as it sooo heavy…just save yourself money and a buy a regular mattress….

Worst bed EVER!!! MOST EXPENSIVE AIR MATTRESS I'VE EVER PURCHASED! SLEEP number? More like no slumber! Thinking of getting a new sleep number? Just tell someone to kick you in the balls instead and save your money! Notice how all the 5 star reviews say nothing about the product. Sleep number beds are nothing but glorified air mattresses! That's the truth. Haven't had a good night sleep since I made the purchase and it shows!!!!! You got me sleep number! But wait there's more! Watch your life dwindle away with your very own sleep tracker! Sleep number can track how soon you'll die from congestive heart failure due to all those stressful nights staying up trying to find your ideal sleep number!

Buyer beware!!! So after purchasing a $7000 bed you would think I would be having the best sleep and the best dreams ever. Well, nope thanks to Sleep Number. I have nightmares now. I feel like I have made a terrible expensive mistake. Not only are you forced to keep (in my opinion) an overpriced bed frame, but you are also charged for exchanging a mattress during their so called 100 days. But wait it gets better. My mattress now wont deflate. Called 800 number guess what, closed. Called again during business hours, oh you gotta be home to trouble shoot. Well let me just miss work to trouble shoot a $7000 months old product. They finally agree to send a tech to my house. Guess what, can't give you a time frame. Wait for an email to let you know what time to be there. Oh but there's more. The appointment is 5 days out. So in the meantime sleep on a broken $7000 bed. What a waste of money. Boy did I make a mistake with Sleep number!!!!

Avoid!! They damaged our house when it was delivered. I called, and the person I spoke to was so rude. I asked to put some of the purchase on our AMEX to get rewards. The person failed to do that and did nothing. We called both the store and customer service, and there was nothing they could do about it. The bed was uncomfortable, so we opted to exchange it. They failed to mention during selling the bed that you have to pay another delivery fee. It’s also not mentioned if you want to return, you can only return the mattress; you have to keep the adjustable base. Sheets ripped after less than a month of use. Terrible, terrible!!!
