We were in route to phoenix from Iowa via Austin and San Antonio Texas when we found out there was a great sale on emerald paint which was ending today! We were traveling through El Paso Texas later in the day do we stopped by the store to check it out. The guy at the desk (Harley guy! Nice bike!) was super helpful. Helped us decide finish, correct brush and roller for paint purchased. Set us up, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing like my phone call earlier in the day to my dealer back home. Highly recommend this place solely because of the person that helped us. Who knows, we might be back when we do another 2500 mile trip!

If you need paint this is the location to go. I almost went to Dunn Edwards because of a horrible experience I had at the Sherwin Williams on Pebble Hills , I will never set foot in that store again, that said I was very impressed with a one of there sales associates his name is Roberto he was very attentive and knowledgeable, so I highly recommend the store on Saul Klienfeld.

I was at this store to check a few things and the person helping me named Marin was extremely helpful. He has about 20 years of experience and he answered every singleone of my questions. I was able to make a smarted and more informed decision about painting my house.

So I'm torn usually great come here all the time but this morning the employee did not show up till one min till opening it's now ten past he has walked out to the car to get dressed and the store is still not "open" no lights on or anything. I'm afraid to go in for fear I won't get any help. I think I would check my employees.

I have to say that my customer service experience was excellent at this SW store on Montwwod. But before visiting this store, I went to a my very well known and nearby hardware store to get my desired Sherwood Williams paint color. When I swatched it at home, it was a bit too light. I went back and asked for a wee bit darker version. Well, it was 2x darker, way too dark. So I decided to go straight to the source and when I told Matin what I wanted, he suggested adding 25% more color to the original formula. When I swatched it at home, it was exactly what I needed and wanted. So ten paint samples later, I now have the color I love. In addition, the bucket was $60 less than at the hardware store. I will definitely recommend this store to all my friends & family. Thanks Marin!

This location has the worst service. Assistant manager named carlos with black hair and glasses, was very disrespectful over the phone when my client and I explained that they made a mistake on the paint. They took advantage and sold my client the most expensive paint, gave her acrylic instead of regular latex and never asked her once if that's the kind of paint she needed. Will never go back to that location.
