After a week of trying to match a color, help from several employees and 4 trips to the store, I finally met Alyx! Yea!! Alyx was the answer to my frustrations!She was very professional and understanding. Her knowledge about color, types of paint, what’s best in a given situation and her efficiency in matching colors was incredible.Alyx is a really great communicator and problem solver! Sherwin Williams is blessed to have Alyx as an employee and representative of the company. She’s quiet and unassuming but is a dynamo in doing her job. 15 minutes with her and everything was resolved!!

Starting a large rehab project repainting an entire house Sherwin- Williams is the place to go. They offer great quality paints, in-shop color consulting and great personalized services. Sherwin Williams Pro+ service also offers Pro+ savings and 0 % interest credit which is great in our challenging economy! Alyx, Sergio are always available for personalized consulting and very helpful. They really try to accommodate their clients needs.

Better off going to lowes. They are out of most of their specialty paints. The front desk people aren’t to friendly either.

They had everything I was looking for... the staff was very helpful and friendly... my first time having to go to a full paint store and I do not think I will ever go back to big box stores for paint. The staff knew their products and helped a lot.

Customers service was immaculate! Very professional, all employees assisted me with all my questions...The paint is superior to all, emerald has a beautiful finish!Definitely will be coming back for future projects!

I finally found the perfect mint green for my bathroom and shade of gray for my living room. The rep at the store was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgable. Will do business with again.

We bought a 29.5 ounce can of paint to compare to Lowes. I painted 2 6 x 6 wall section and compared the two brands. Sherwin Williams was lacking. It didnt have the same coverage as lowes.I went to the store at 9:30 this morning and was holding the small can of Sherwin Williams paint. The store manager, in a black shirt xame running out of the back office and in a loud voice said where's your mask, you need a mask to be here. It's a private company, si they can set their own rules. Clearly the manager has power issues as the other employee who was working at the counter didnt have a mask on.Overall, unless you want to be treated like garbage don't go here. Poor customer service, employee with a God complex, and employees with any resemblance of integrity don't work here. Vote with your money, don't go here and hopefully this location will go out of business.
