So my wife and I had been talking about replacing our 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport as it's a 2018 and had over 70k miles. I had been checking the Bronco Sports and some other vehicles but I read up on this one and liked it so we called the dealer late Thursday and went over Friday to check it out. Actually, we were looking at a used 2023 Bronco Sport with just a Lil over 2k miles that was nice but our salesman said I could get a new one with no miles for about the same price so we drove around the lot and settled on this one because of the color. Test drove it and signed on the dotted line. Our salesman, Irvinn Ceja, was knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend him and the crew down at Shamaley Ford. I'm a satisfied customer.

Worst service & customer service EVER! Never go back to this kind of environment were they call you back & interrogate you to make it seem that you're the guilty party. I really thought for a while that I was on the phone with the FBI on how consistent the lady that called was trying to to turn things around on me. Just horrible service on behalf of the service department and on their representative for her poor communication skills.

I had defective airbags in my car so they told me to call Shamaley Ford, I spoke to a young man named Steven and he fixed my car that same day, I was very happy with the service I received there!!

I normally don't go to dealerships for service. I had to take the truck in for a minor recall thing. I was pleasantly surprised at how well they took care if me. Alex handled it with ease. The service was to take most of the day so they offered a shuttle to take me home. When the truck was ready, they sent the shuttle back to pick me up. It was the least amount of hassle I've had at any dealership's service department.

Been here 3 times for a recall on the roof rack. Each time they setup an appointment and every single time they don't have the part needed. Why have an appointment setup weeks in advance and not have the part? This last time they had it for the whole day before I had to call and then the guy Eduardo says oh, I was just informed we didn't have the parts. 8 hours had past and they barely realized they didn't have what was needed to fix this. I had to call just to get this information, not them. Terrible customer service. How do they expect you to get around for 2 days without a vehicle and not even fix the issue. 3 times, and still not fixed!!!

Took car in 3 times, spent over 6,000 dollars and car is even worse. DO NOT COME HERE!! My 2017 Ford Explorer broke down so I took it. I asked them to do whatever was needed including a full tune up, timing chain replacement and lots more. It came out to over 5,000 dollars which I expected. However, a few days later the check engine light came on again and same issues. I took it back and they charged me another 1,000 even though they said the work would be under warranty. I paid the 1000 and a few days later the check engine light came on again and issues seemed to be getting worse. I took it in for a 3rd time and now they are saying the entire engine needs to be replaced. For another 6,000. Bottom line is they are either incompetent or are greedy and rip people off. Please learn from my mistakes and find another dealership or mechanic to service your car.

I would like to extend my thanks to the staff at Shamaley Ford. I am extremely pleased with my new vehicle. Ford put a lot of time into refining the 2022 F150 Lariat. My Sales Rep and the Customer Relations Manager have made me a believer that there is a select few companies in the area that can wooo the client. I went to several dealerships and found myself feeling like customer service was dead.... At other dealerships I was told I would have to pay a premium over MSRP. No negotiation and not even offered a cup of coffee/ water. At Shamaley Ford, I got the truck I wanted at a great price. Every staff member I encountered did their best to have me leave a happy camper.
