The seller Juan was so great really helpful his service was so great though when it came down to financial of course different staff I can’t remember his name he was nice but very persistent on taking more coverage it was my first time buying a car and to my understanding I had to purchase all kind of coverage he said I had to until my mother said I didn’t he was just trying to upsell more he was so rude to my mother once she said to take all the extra off he kept saying I needed it but my mother knew I didn’t so on so forth
Once we decided not to take more coverage he switched us to another personal and gave us a higher price or credit on the sale of the car that was very disappointing just for not wanting extra coverage

Service department was supposed to change a camera since it was not functional when I purchased the vehicle. I delivered the truck approximately a month ago. First they said it was the camera and according to them they replaced. Furthermore they stated it was the video module and they would order it. Two weeks after I called for an update and they said “we forgot to order it” last Wednesday they stated the part was rushed order and the vehicle would be ready yesterday September 3rd. Now they will not answer my calls. Avoid any problem and do not purchase from them or accept any promises

Shamaley had my vehicle for 2 weeks. A part that was needed was on back order and once I got my car back I noticed the part used was a used part. Why charge me a deductible when the part that was replaced was USED. the gentleman that helped me made it seem like it was a hassle that I was requesting a loner car but he didn’t take into consideration how much of a hassle it was for me to have to pay for some of the rental for one week plus going another week without a car rental or loner vehicle. If I bought my vehicle as shamaley brand new I shouldn’t be having issues with it or even charged for a replacement used part.

Great experience! Our sales consultant, Mario, was awesome easy to work with, he didn’t try to force the product on us but made sure to stay in the budget we were asking for! Overall an awesome experience, we drove away in a 2024 Buick Encore GX.

Service took forever but the worst part is these guys got grease stains on my leather that I will have to clean now on my own time. This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.
