One of the workers insulted my Mom!She asked one of the workers to help look for her shade and she said that she was going to be right back. She goes up to her co-worker and says “Oh she has really bad skin” My mom was HURT. Just do your job! Don't insult the customers!? It's not like our parents had nice tiktocs on skincare as we do. Terribly displeased with Sephora, I may just take my business elsewhere.Horrible customer service. I am absolutely livid!

I came into the store like 2 days ago and the loveliest lady helped me! I think her name was Marlene, she was so cheerful and seeing her smile made my shopping experience so much better! I will be back next paycheck :)
