I went through the soft touch car wash it did an absolutely horrible job the bottom half of my car didn't even get cleaned and I still had alot of dirt and brake dust on my wheels had to spend more money on top of the "premium" car was which is ridiculous having to wash my car myself right after a car wash is unacceptable

1. Only one wash option despite signage for four options. $14 for "premium."
2. Premium option does not clean the entire car. The bottom half of my Honda Odyssey wasn't touched by the brushes. Only the rim facade was cleaned. Left spots on the whole car.
Obviously a machine won't wash your car as well as a human (YOU), but even for a quick rinse, this didn't meet basic requirements (e.g. brushing away brake dust from the rims). Recommend not using this.

It’s convenient but that’s it. The soft touch is basically useless. The dryer doesn’t really get the sides or back so you are left with a wet soapy car that leaves streaks all over. It needs some serious upgrades to be in line with the more modern car washes. If you can go somewhere else do so.

Decent car wash accepts coins, bills and cards. The self spray machines sometimes take your coins without adding time for that coin or the quarter gets stuck up inside the coin return if it rejects that coin.
