The employees have a bad mood and do not let the customer say anything different. They know a lot but they go overboard. It gives the impression that they want to give orders to their clients.

Great personal attention, they go out of their way to help you find just the right shoe. If you have special for problems, as my friend does, they went to great effort getting different shoes to help her. Pricey, but they're leather and they're well-made. My last SAS pair lasted me 8 years of almost daily wear
