Terrible customer service!! Very rude and overpriced for what you are paying for. They are very unreasonable and not at all what they present when signing the lease. Would not recommend to anyone.

I loved my time at Santi, overall. The pool and Elmont were awesome. No pests, clean and simple living space. I will share what i didn’t like: 1. Parking. Consistent non-residents taking up the entire lot and never getting towed. As a night shift worker, I had to park on the street outside of the parking lot every time I got back after 7pm. Unacceptable considering you are supposed to have a Monticello parking sticker to be able to park here. Residents shouldn’t have to risk getting clipped by parallel parking on Castellano. 2. Storage: I am a cyclist, skier, and softball player. This apartment offers NO outdoor storage and if you dare place your bike or outdoor gear on your porch, you will get a nasty gram from management. 3. Maintenance timeline. When I had maintenance issues (fridge leak, shower pressure) they show up without advising you. I wanted to be there to show them the issues and they were never really fixed because it all happened when I was at work. 4. Apartment gym: since they opened the elmont gym, the Santi gym treadmills have been broke for 9 months. The door was also broken and inaccessible with the apartment key fob any time before 10am. I understand the new gym was open, however I should have access to the Santi gym. 5. Overzealous management emails: the fist two days I lived here, I was moving in and left boxes outside my door so that I could collect them and carry them to the dumpster. I got emails with photos of my boxes staying I was violating my lease by placing boxes outside my door. I apologize that I didn’t immediately take all boxes to the trash; however I was moving in and it takes more than 30 seconds to remove all of my boxes. 6. Price: I doubt this will change, but for the price of a 1br apartment I at least expect responsive maintenance, a secure parking lot with enforced towing, and pool area maintenance to include usable chairs, trash cleaned out of the pool area, and pool cleaning on a consistent basis. Again, I overall really enjoyed my time at Santi. But, for the price, I do expect a bit more, and I sincerely hope my review is taken to heart. I’ll be moving back to El Paso soon and would love to make Santi my home again.

HORRIBLE!!!!! Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Bianca from the front office was rude and completely unhelpful with a serious issue I faced. Despite the fact it was there fault, they were inconsiderate of the urgency of the matter. -1 is right.

What an awful place to live at. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Management is rude and extremely lazy. Lived here for a long time and once we lost a key manager everything else fell apart. Poor maintenance, overpriced, and again garbage staff.I live in Austin now, I pay less now than I did at Santi and my apt now is bigger by 200 sqft. They’re one of the most expensive apartments in El Paso, and they fail to show it. They do not maintain anything well, they can’t keep any maintenance staff for long either so all your money isn’t going to that. Staff are bunch of useless people so your money isn’t going to that, where is it going? Who knows.Do not waste a penny or your time with this place. I’m so happy I left.

the rating is actually -1 it's the worse complex in El PasoThe buildings are DIRTY, the property outside is filthy, lights don't work, ROACHES even outside its tremendous. The worse management, rude - they lost the only good person they had and now its all gone to pot. Don't move here you will regret wasting your time and money. Code violations - they cannot keep staff. Too bad for the owners it was a nice idea but the management has no standards.

Walls are paper thin. If u like peace don’t live here, my upstairs neighbors kids run all day from 6am to 9pm my side neighbors put loud music since 3am to 7am so there is no damn peace. We have call management for this issue and leave many messages and they do NOTHING about it. And the rent is expensive u easy can rent a house w more privacy w this amount of money. Unfortunately we make contract. Look somewhere else.

I just moved in 1.5 weeks ago and there has been roaches every other day in our bathrooms or kitchen. It seems that they do not do pest control before tenants move in.This issue was reported several times and pest control did not show up after more than a week. Management told us that they could not get ahold of their contracted pest control, and that it's been 2 weeks since the complex had any service.A neighbor who had been living here for over a year told us management gave them the same excuse a year ago.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. First of all there is not enough safety measures, this is my family’s car which was crashed, while it was parked, on Saturday June 3rd. We reported this incident to the Santi apartments management and they haven’t received ANY support from them. If you’re thinking on moving to these apartments, rethink 4 or 5 times, by the way, 20 days ago someone theft a part of my vehicle while it was also parked. In conclusion IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO BE CRASHED WHILE IT’S PARKED, MOVE HERE.??

I should give it 3 stars ★★★ since I pay a discounted rate, but for the market price, mgmt needs help:Good: Nice and new apartments with cool shared spaces -- the gym, free coffee, and dog grooming room being the highlights. Relatively walkable to the main commercial area in Montecillo (though it's a bit of a climb).Bad: There’s not much oversight, and *some* residents tend to break the rules a lot: noise most days and evenings, parties at the pool, cars parked where they shouldn't, etc.P.S. Our ground-level unit is near a trash garage and it's really noisy at 8am the morning (and at other, less problematic times). We also find small roaches periodically (usually dead) even when we're very tidy.

I try to call and no one ever answers, management hasn’t fixed my gf’s washer since she moved in months ago even tho they say they’re waiting for “parts” unprofessional management

We moved in in 2019. The first two years were very nice. Then we feel it's going down the hill. Our apartment is facing Castellano Dr.. The newly opened club is on the other side of the street. It is very noisy from Thur. to Sat., especially on Sat. night. The residence has quiet hours, but I guess it doesn't apply to its business rentals. We talked to the office twice about the noise. Unfortunately there is not much change. If you do not like felling sleep with music and deep bass, choose a building not facing the club. Then last weekend we found someone threw whatever candy balls onto our balcony. I talked to the office, and was told it might be small fruits as it's windy outside. I showed her the pictures, the balls popped up and left oily residuals on balcony floor, doors and my door screen. It's not fruits at all. And what fruits melt in water? Anyhow, she offers no help to clean the balcony. I asked if they have security camera. She said the cameras only face entrances. So, nothing they can do.And there is a dog persistently barks early morning. Talked twice about the dog. To be honest, it does have some good effect, as it now changes its schedule from 5am to 7am. Not sure why the owner likes putting the dog on the balcony. Maybe he/she wants everybody getting up with the dog.Anyhow, our lease will ends soon. We like Santi's location, and ask if we could switch to another apartment because of the problems. I was told we have to pay for $250 application fee, and the rent will be new lease rent instead of lease renewal rent, which is about $120 more per month. Well, I feel they just don't want us to live here anymore. Just feel bad. We used to like this place and we recommended it to our friends. :(

Terrible service ? very expensive for how small they are, you have to read the contracts perfectly well or they will steal your money, be very careful, they are not as luxuries as they supposedly want to make you believe
