I am so frustrated with a particular supervisor at Sam’s. My husband and I went and made a large purchase and the cashier needed a supervisor’s assistance. After making the purchase, we were on our way to change vehicles to bring home our purchase and the supervisor called saying that she had to refund our money because the guy in the back said they no longer had the item. I found that strange because before making the purchase, I stopped at the customer service desk to see if they had the item in stock. I was told they had 8. I was so confused about what happened so I called customer service to try to figure out what the error was. They verified that they had 7 items in stock. I asked to speak to that same supervisor and she was quick to blame everyone else involved. She blamed the cashier and she blamed the guys in the back. I feel that she was the person who messed up. She should have made sure the item really was not available before canceling my purchase… and she definitely should not have cancelled my purchase without talking to me first!!! Very unprofessional

I just want to rewrite my review because the more I think about it. This Sam’s should be sued what happened to me. I worked there for a whole year. There store is so dirty I got a really bad infection because of it. I could feel it in my face when I was working I told the night manager and he told he keep on working or I would be fired. In the emergency room where I went that morning. I could have died due to my manager reckless carelessness mismanagement what my doctor told me. I was in the hospital for a week! When I wanted to talk to a manager or a higher about the situation. They wouldn’t allow it. They care more about sales than human life. They have safety issues and more hygiene issues. This was my experience. I was getting paid very little money at that time. Somebody should be held accountable for this but I doubt it

The wait at the Cafe is absolutely ridiculous. It is extremely unorganized. Regardless of whether you order online or in person you will wait an additional 10-30mins for your order, no matter how simple it is. Of course I do not blame the workers, it is very pack and busy. Instead I blame the management who should schedule the proper amount employees.
Additionally, the scan & go for the Cafe is a horrible idea. If someone puts in an order for 10 items online, and you have a line of customers in front of you ordering in person, who do you prioritize? How can 5 people handle 50 customers, half online ordering 5 - 10 items and half in person ordering just as much?
Either schedule more people or get rid of the scan and go. Props to the people right now handling so many customers as fast as they can.

Went to buy a automotive battery. There were 3 people waiting already. After a couple of minutes I asked those waiting if they had seen anyone yet. They said no , so I walked back to the service area and knocked on the window. Guess what I got their attention someone came out to the front desk all was good after that.

Good place to shop, kid friendly...
You all shpuld do sensory shopping day twice a month, for mothers with disabled kids or disabled people. Example: autism sensory friendly day every other Saturday of the month at 7am -8am, etc.... It's hard for people with disabilities (autism) to go shopping sometimes.

Last moments to get my roasted chicken... and some spices... roasted chicken was super toasted (burnt a bit)and smaller... cashier was grumpy, no smile, annoid, even a coworker adised him I was speaking to him ? I am like, time to find a job you enjoy ?

This is a great Sam's Club. The only thing I gotta say is that ALL of the fountain machines inside the food court either need repair or need recalibration or need more soda syrup or more gas or something. It's a small nitpick I guess, but they've been broken pretty much the whole two years I've been going. Just fix them already lol.

The club is fine. But their “system,”
Messed up our order and we waited two hrs for it for them to tell us they couldn’t do it. And employees are friendly minus the really rude and a racist lady working the front door when you exit. The rude lady at the door happened a year prior to our online order being messed up so they were separate incidents.
