Had a really good experience today at this Sally’s. Usually when I go into the one on the west side I am met with stares. (Have some tattoos people would consider scary) however when I rolled into this store with my new baby I was met with nothing but help. The lady working there today knew exactly what I needed and didn’t steer me wrong. She also did her best to recommend other things that I might like. I will definitely be back to this location!!

I'm so surprised at the bad reviews. I'm a regular and have never had any issues ?. And to the person complaining that they close early, I think their hours are reasonable. How late do people expect them to be open.?♀️

The staff is very friendly! I highly recommend Amanda, she knows her stuff and will help you out in whatever you might need. Every time I need to go to Sally’s, this is the store I go to because it’s the best one!!

customer service sucks! To say the least. to the bit** with the red hair specifically.... I went in to get highcolor highlights for my hair. Which is MEANT FOR DARK HAIR ONLY. I told the lady with red hair this is meant for dark hair only which is what I have, and she said I had to bleach it in order to get it to red and I said no you don't, That's what a developer is for And This color tube has bleach in it Already. She kept arguing and then proceeded to insult me about my hot roots. I knew I had hot roots bc my length of hair is darker than my roots. That's why I have to keep doing it until it matched the top of my head By only doing the shaft of hair. Which is what most people have to do. I told her what the box says and It's written in bold letters. I didn't want her misinforming people about how to use the product and for customers to cause unnecessary damage to their hair. She told me I didn't have to have an attitude and then walked away. I even walked up and apologized to her if she felt I was being rude and she said "I'm used to it. You can keep rolling your eyes and keep walking girl". Tf?? I came in so excited to do my hair and then she made me feel like absolute s*** about doing my hair. Someone like that doesn't need to work in customer service. Very poor professionalism. I told the manager about her professionalism and I just hope it was addressed so someone didn't have the same experience as me.

So I visited Sally's for some hair products and had no idea what I needed a young lady Amanda was so helpful in everything I needed she is so knowledgeable and very helpful she went above and beyond to help me and I am so grateful because she solved a big problem I had with hair dye so if you visit this store ask for Amanda you'll be glad you did..

I have been dying my own hair for 5 years now and going to this Sally's for my hair products. I used to know nothing about how to bleach my hair and 5 years ago when the salon across the street Bayalage hair salon messed up my hair with bleach i walked in to this Sally's to try and fix it myself when i went in i asked a girl that worked there for advice her name is Amanda and she was very helpful and actually knew what she was talking about! Thank God for her she told me what to get and how to use it and i went home and fixed it. Obviously I was ecstatic being that I had thrown $180 down the drain thinking i was gonna get "professional bleaching" and ended up with fried yellow hair. She helped me take my damaged hair and make it the frosty blond i wanted and healthy again...fast forward to this year I went back to black hair and now the girl i mentioned became manager. Again she helped me transition from blond to black and I wouldn't trust anyone else. If your looking for a sallys that has great service and workers that are helpful and very kind I recommend this one. ?and if your there ask for the manager Amanda she'll take care of you and your hair needs.

Sally’s Beauty Supply on Montana has the most knowledgeable staff in El Paso. Love love there awesome customer service! My favorite Sally’s in town by far. :)

Wrist customer service skills I have ever seen. Also they don't give out bags nor tell u it cost money until after you pay. And they just stare at you. Rude and not helpful!

Went with the idea of a hair color change, my first ever. Amanda helped and gave me tips of how and what to use, she was so patient and happy to help. I just want to thank the assistant manager and Janet for helping me yesterday with all my needs. These ladies were so knowledgeable and helpful. Montana location is one of my favorites. If I could give 10stars I would.
