They will definitely profile you here by watching your every move, not to mention the customer service is horrible. If a customer hands you their cash to pay for the purchase, the polite thing to do is hand their change back to them, not place it on the counter. Also, customers shouldn't have to ask for their items to be bagged.

Tried multiple times to call. No answer or phone states they're currently closed when the shop should be open. No one is really helpful or friendly there.

Showed up at 8:33 and the ladies closed up early and refuse to service me. Sucks because I have a newborn baby and it took me a couple of weeks to even get to the store and when I get there they wouldn't let me in. Very disappointed don't know why they close they just wave me off

I went in was offered help and was happy they asked just as soon as I walked in. I had help looking for hair dyes that don't need the developer but was given 2 out of 3 that needed it. I tried coloring my hair but it didn't change color because I didn't have the developer. I spent money for what I didn't even want!!

Did ship from store. The product was watered down. Drove to the store and specified return credit to my card. They gave me store credit.

I don't like that they no longer give member discounts. And now you have to bring your own shopping bag, buy one from them, or walk out with your stuff in your arms. Businesses are sure taking advantage of this PLANdemic in a negative way.

This sallys beauty supply is so racist, and profiles you. I went in and asked for assistance and the dark skinned girl was very condescending and very rude. She immediately turned around after answering my question in a short response no explanation she was assuming I didn't have experience on what I was buying and directed to talk down to me in a tone I didn't appreciate. The short hobbit looking one was just going around the aisle looking to see if I was stealing or something because she kept looking from a hiding position. Who hires these uneducated people? I have been to too many sallys in my days that this was definitely a first. I hope the managers that over look this store stop sleeping on this one and get to training. These girls don't know about beauty if it hit them on the face. Will not come back and recommend everyone to go to the other sallys that have better service and their employees don't assume your a thug trying to rob them. I felt uncomfortable and bought some things so they could see I had money on me. I may not look I have money but I have money. I hope they close this store.

My daughter who was coloring her hair for the first time bought a crème color and did not know it required a developer, the product was not labeled as for use with developer, and the clerk who should have been knowledgeable offered no help what-so-ever. When we called back to inquire we were told "oh, she should have asked" and "sorry, not our fault". Obviously the clerk knew the hair color needed a developer to work and said nothing at the time of purchase. This was a totally disappointing experience and you can trust that we will never spend money in this store again. Two thumbs down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
