The girls who work here are really rude. You ask for help or ask a question and are quick to eye roll you. I usually go to another sally but had no option other than to go to this one. I’d rather drive 10 miles further than come to this one again. Whatever happened to customer service ? Girls do better… and if you hate your job then get another one. Don’t be a low life. Can’t even imagine how HARD scanning and stocking must be in order for you to have such a miserable and nasty look on your face.

This place has good hair care products and nice deals. For most products in store.

The lady working was rude and didn't even ask if we needed help but the proceeded to follow my friend around the store. And then stood there and stared at us the entire time we were trying to pick out color.

Finally great customer service! The manager is great he was so helpful and kind I will definitely be going back for his advice. If I don't see him in there I'm wrong right out but if he's thereI'm spending my money!

The employees that work in this location are some of the rudest people I've ever dealt with at a Sallys. One had an issue with me standing too far back in line (even though I was social distancing and keeping my 6 feet away). On top of that I noticed they don't even clean the baskets, after I used mine one employee just tossed it right back on the top of the stack without disinfecting it or anything. Those are just a few of the issues aside from the horrid advice I heard them giving other customers about doing their hair.
