I have a 2019 Atlas with 40,000 miles (still under warranty). I noticed today my a/c is cold on driver side and warm on passenger side. I called for service appointment and was told they are booked until May. Today is March 28. Glad business is so good that I have to wait over a month for warranty repair, yet they want to sell me a new car every time I come in.What good is a warranty if they can't get you in for a repair! Time to hire more technicians to take care of your customers. I hope this is read by Rudolph management. Very bad customer service!

My wife bought an Atlas in 2019, and we haven't had any significant issues with the car. The dealership runs fairly well for sales. The service department does a good job as well. I have brought the SUV in a few times, and the service was taken care of whether it was brought in or on a scheduled maintenance visit. The waiting area isn't bad. They have drinks and snacks occassionally. The snack area could make some improvements. Overall, everyone is friendly and helpful.

I've always had a good experience with the service department. The shuttle is convenient. John, the technician, has always been straight forward with me and provides photos, videos, and details about my car.

Was in for service and someone at the dealership had opened my door and chipped the paint on the edge. Then after writing a review of my experience I was told they would order me a touch up pen for the damage. When I went to the dealership to pick it up, (drove 28 miles) no one had a clue as to why I was there. Stay away from this place, its not the first bad experience i had with them. I like to give everyone a 2nd chance. This place blew it !!Service: Brakes

We were car shopping for my mom's dream car, an Atlas. We started this car shopping phase in November. We took home a gray VW Atlas SEL. She didn't want it, because she didn't like the price due to inflation. Finally, we got a red VW Atlas SE w/Technology, and the sales guy, was super nice! If you're shopping for any type of car, I recommend going to Rudolph Volkswagen because everybody there is super nice!

Horrible customer service and my service I took my car in for was not completed. They wanted to charge me a second diagnostic fee for something that was previously working. I talked to Amber and told me I was lying that it worked before. When I went to pick up my vehicle I showed them it was working and the mechanic even admitted he didn’t even completely check that was working. So they wanted to do a whole different job just for him not knowing what he is doing. Worst technicians I’ve ever dealt with. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE and that you stay far away from these people.Service: Auto maintenance

Took my vehicle for a oil change. They took care of me quickly. They also provided a 5 point vehicle inspection and they discovered a nail in my tire. They fixed it for me at no cost. I'm truly satisfied with this dealership and with carlos Tinajero. They even provided a video doing the inspection by via email. Overall great work. Thank youServices: Vehicle Inspection

What a mess. I was in contact with the dealership for almost a week, setting expectations to sell my suv and inquiring to buy a new vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership - as communicated - there were no employees on the lot or in the entryway of the dealership. After finding two gentlemen on the back and asking for help, they acted almost as if they did not work there, pointing to each other, both reluctant to help, had never heard of the employee I'd been in contact with all week, unable to identify what vehicles were available for sale, unable to even find the carfax information on my SUV. After test driving two cars to purchase, they told me they couldn't find anything on my car (a 2022 BMW X7) and instead called the El Paso BMW dealership to get a buy quote. I called ABQ BMW on the spot and received better service with more professionalism. Disrespectful and inept are the two words that describe my experience, so if that's what you are searching for, head on over to Rudolph VW.

I was getting ready to purchase a car last week, a Jetta. Everything was ok even though the salesman seemed a little shady (doing the usual... let me check with my manager nonsense). I've purchased cars before and know how the game works. However, when I asked to meet with the service department (I like to know all areas I will deal with when purchasing a car), I had to unpleasant interaction with a man named Carlos at the front desk. Rude doesn't even begin to explain this guy. After that conversation, I decided not to purchase my car from this dealership. I had been warned that Rudolph (especially VW) should be avoided and now I see why.

Not a bad place; reliable cars and helpful people (in the past). Currently their staffing has gotten a bit obnoxious. You know the stereotypical car dealer? Always pushing to sell or buy NONSTOP at any given moment? That's Jasmine and Edgar. MY GOD, I inquired with them in January but it didn't work out and in APRIL they're still sending me emails and texts every other day, so much so that I've resorted to just blocking them period. Most dealers take a hint but jeez these dealers are like mosquitoes that just won't leave you alone. Other than that this place is pretty decent.

I worked with Jose in sales and the finance manager, Victor and they were both great! Our situation was extremely complicated and convoluted but they took it in stride and made the process as smooth as it could be and got us into a vehicle that is perfect for us. Very kind, understanding, and professional
