I bought my truck there three years ago. And a detail perhaps not very important to them happened. The truck was supposed to be new and at the time it was delivered to me the gas tank was 1/4 full.
I told the seller and he told me on another occasion to come to service and we will fill it for you.
It never happened, I never claimed more... but as I understand it, a new vehicle leaves the agency with a full tank.

Outstanding service and great customer service from all the employees at Rudolph Mazda, It was my pleasure today to take my car into Rudolph Mazda for servicing. Everything went smoothly and wait time was less than I expected. I would highly recommend this Service Facility for its cleanliness, efficiency, and expertise, the Service Manager is an asset to both El Paso and Rudolph Mazda.

Was a great experience buying a car at Rudolph Mazda. Had already been to several local dealers and one 6 hours away looking for a smaller SUV from either Toyota, Honda or a Mazda.
Lisa Rivkin was very helpful with our purchase. She did not make us feel uncomfortable and made the buying experience pleasant. She continued to answer our questions even after the sale when it came to some features on the car we couldn’t find. We will definitely recommend her and this Mazda dealer to our family and friends.

Overall experience went well. Jorge Franco, the salesman is friendly, attentive to customer’s needs. Listens to details. He did not hesitate to show me and my husband all options in models within the Mazda cars. We had done our homework and knew we would be taking a car soon, it was just a matter of which. We would’ve had an Amazing purchase experience if Finance would’ve met us closer to a comfortable number; no budge. We walked out with a 2025 CX-70 for the elegant look both inside and out. Zoom! Zoom!!

What a great and easy experience At Rudolph Mazada. Salesman Andrew Gracia and Sales Manager Juan Garcia made this process easy with their great knowledge, professionalism and commitment to find the best deal. Salesman Andrew Garcia communicated often with updates and options, including the best deal for the vehicle of choice. Thanks to both of them I was able to drive away with a very nice Mazada CX-50. Their efforts and dedication to the deal was one of the best processes in the car buying experience ever.

No complimentary car wash despite it being stated on the requested services. They continue to contact my old phone number, despite me saying it's been updated multiple times. I'm just glad I called myself or I would have never known my car was ready to be picked up.

The team was transparent throughout the entire process, providing me with a detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done and offering fair, competitive pricing. They even showed me the damaged parts they replaced, which gave me confidence in their honesty.
What really impressed me was the attention to detail and the quality of their work. My car runs ans good as new, and they went the extra mile by checking things I didn’t even mention. The shop was clean and well-organized, and I appreciated the comfortable waiting area with free drinks.
I also noticed they were very respectful of my time, completing the work faster than expected without cutting any corners. They followed up with me with text during the process and a few days later to ensure I was satisfied, which really showed they care about their customers.
