Great dealership, did not charge over MSRP, actually they gave me a little incentive. Rudolph also didn't make me purchase unwanted services or products. Just a wonderful experience purchasing our vehicle which is hard to come by these days.

I took my vehicle for service in June due to my battery dying while I was driving. This led me to suspect that it was an issue with the alternator. I bought a brand new battery and the next day took it into Rudolph Mazda for service. After four days and 1500 dollars in payments they give me back my vehicle assuring me that the alternator is fine and all the other service was related to non-electrical issues. I planned a long trip after the day I received it from the dealership thinking that post tune up, it would run with zero issues. I though everything would be fine since the dealership had worked on it for FOUR DAYS and assured me of NO alternator or battery problems. I got halfway to my destination and my battery light came on. Barely made it to a service station where low and behold, I had to get my alternator changed. This cost me a night in a hotel to repair and extra work on my vehicle. I immediately called Rachel, the service manager, who I thought would handle this and offer me monetary compensation or at least an apology. I was wrong again. After talking to her, she told me she would call me back and see why The El Paso Rudolph Mazda had said my alternator was working fine when clearly it was not. That was five days ago and she never called me back. I have left several messages with her and called repeatedly and have got nothing in return.

We just bought a 2016 Mazda CX-5 and had such a great experience. Everyone that helped us was very kind, genuine and did everything to help us get a car in our budget. Thanks Rudolph Mazda!

Work is good but overpriced (even for a dealership). $65 for an oil change that is $43 at other dealerships is ridiculous. Just can't justify it.

I went into Rudolph Mazda to sell my car and they low balled me so I went to a different dealership literally got 3,000 more for my car. Don't go here to sell your car! Search for more Dealerships you'll get what your car is worth eventually.

We picked up our new 2020 CX-5 Signature yesterday (April 11th). I think we’re going to love this car. I did an exhausting amount of research and shopping for a replacement for our 2018 Kia Sorento that we lost due to an explosion and fire caused by Chinese made lithium-ion batteries. After narrowing my purchase selection down to CX-5, Honda CR-V and Kia Sportage, I decided to go with the CX-5. Of the four dealerships I worked with, Rudolph Mazda was FAR AND AWAY the most straight arrow, all BS aside, up front organization. Sales Manager Victor Rocha and Salesperson Lisa Rivkin were TOP NOTCH. They actually made the whole experience pleasurable. Rudolph Mazda will be my go-to dealership from now on.

I didn't like the interaction here that much. I have to say the receptionist in the front was very nice and accommodating. She even offered me a drink and pastry. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name! I stopped by because I received an email from them. I'm not quite ready to complete a transaction just yet. I just wanted to hear them out and know what to expect. The sales lady (Lisa) who helped me seemed very nice at first. She turned out to be too aggressive for my liking. I don't like that at all. She fit the used car salesman stereotype perfectly after we finished. She was really pushy. That's a real turnoff for me, especially on a major purchase like a car. She was ready to sell me a car that day. That's not what I really wanted. What really upset me the most is the way she handled things. I was all for looking at what was available. The thing I didn't like was her going to her supervisor to inspect my car. Her supervisor drove my car around the lot! I didn't ask for that. She didn't even ask for my permission to do this! She just said give me your keys. That was partly my fault for just giving them to her. I have some dents in my car. She made that perfectly clear and let me know that very quick. I intend on fixing those soon. Life just gets in the way. Another thing I didn't like was her demanding me to show her my drivers license almost immediately when I walked in. Seriously, who does that within the first few minutes? I don't think I'll be back to this location. The eastside location where I originally got the car is better. They're now owned by Viva instead of Rudolph. I doubt I'll return here. I might but it's probably unlikely. That's not how you sell a product! It may work with others but...being pushy and demanding isn't going to work with me. I should've just walked out.

I bought my 2018 CX-5 used from a Ford dealer. The car originally was a rental from AZ and the navigation wasn't available (per the Ford dealer). I called Rudolph Mazda West and talked to a female in the service department. After explaining the issue she told me to look in the owners manual ( who does that ) for the chip. She forwarded me to the parts department for a price on the chip. Well, it's way expensive. I checked Amazon and eBay and sure enough it's cheaper online. When my wife got home I checked the manual and sure enough it WAS there. Thank you service department on saving me money. I never had a car that needed a chip for Navigation. This location will be my dealership and I hope the good times roll. If not I'll be on YELP.

The service department here is terrible. Both times I have had to interact with anybody in the service department I have gotten nothing but attitude. First time I walked in for an oil change. Made my appointment & when I went to leave the car, the man told me "why did you bring it to mazda and not Volkswagen?" (Car is a Volkswagen) even though I WAS TOLD TO TAKE IT TO THE MAZDA WEST LOCATION. Just help me out, your a** is still gonna get paid for taking in my Volkswagen car at mazda. I call around the second time. This time was for help on a flat tire. I couldn't remember if I had warranty on the tires so I called asking if there was any way for them to check on that before I purchased a tire elsewhere. Man then says "I can't help you because we didn't share any information with the east location." Not once did he mention "your best bet would be to call the east, or do this instead" he was absolutely no help. Seriously just left me with a "I can't help you" take your cars elsewhere whenever you have issues with them.
