Restrooms are absolutely disgusting. There’s never a time where I go and there clean. It always smells foul, there’s stuff on the floor. It doesn’t seem like they clean them regularly. I like shopping here but this is a huge concern for me. Also, it’s very messy. Associates are rude. They’ll get in front of your or reach over you without saying excuse me. There needs to be a training on them having some manners when it comes to that. I have been to other Ross’s where everything is as neat as it can be. It’s not overly cluttered. I get some Ross’s have a lot more stuff, but at least try to organize the store to where people can move around and not trample over merchandise.
