Went in there to look for something at 10 and they turn off the lights at 1020 because they close at 11. Made it hard to see and find what I was looking for. I get they want people to leave on time but that’s what the hours posted outside are for and they have an intercom for a reason too. I even asked the worker that was checking receipts why they turn off the lights so early. She just said we close at 11 and I told her it wasn’t 11 yet.

Stood there trynna to get sunglasses for 20 minutes and still NO ONE came to help me. I rung the help with jewelry box and still no one came for 20 minutes !!!!!!! Terrible experience if you wanna wait forever at a Ross this is the one
