We had a bad experience at ANOTHER storage place. From the moment my husband and I walked in, we were acknowledged. Great Customer Service. Very welcoming. Had the best coffee while we waited, which was not long. We left very pleased. We definitely recommend this place! ?

Josh provided excellent customer service during my conversations over the phone with him. Being that this location was the after hours drop off for a Budget rental truck, he was kind enough to contact us and relay an error (added fees) made by the pickup location. After contacting the pickup location and Budget customer service with no success, Robert went above and beyond by contacting the pickup location on our behalf to resolve the issue. I can't say how grateful we are of both these individuals by helping us avoid headaches and wasted time and energy attempting to resolve the issue.
