Thanks to the crew here for getting work done on my vehicle I’ve had for a month and my vehicle works awesome!
Thanks to Art for taking the time to explain to me into detail what work needed to get done.
First time coming with them and will definitely be back for anything else! And would really recommend if you need some work done!!

Called around 1:30 to ask if you did tire repairs. Lady on the phone stated yes. She did not state work orders stop at 5:15 or that I had to be at the location by a certain time. I went after work and arrived to the location at 5:22pm. The door and google shows you close at 6. The two employees stated not today we stop work orders at 5:15. Why advertise till 6:00 if you stop working at 5:15? I was not asking for a major repair just a nail removal. Do no recommend both the employees were rude and dismissive.

7/13/2024 I was changing the plugs on my 4 cylinder and ran into a problem. The last tune up was done by Firestone and they left the rubber socket sleeve stuck on the last plug making it impossible for me to get it out. Went to resler to ask for advice and the guy, started working on it without me asking and in minutes managed to get it out replacing it with the new one I had in my vehicle. He didn't charge or ask for anything! Wow!The place is overflowing with cars and he went out of his way to do me the favor. Left him a twelve pack in great appreciation.

Incredible service and amazing staff. Best of all arguably the best prices in the entire city with same-day service. They also do a great job of explaining to you. What’s going on with your car and talk to you about your options even if something as simple as an oil change is always a pleasant experience.
I’ve use a lot of shops in El Paso. I’m happy to say I finally found the one I use forever.

I thought I was done working on cars until I came here. My wife's AC stopped working, and needed it fixed. Really didn't want to do AC work myself but after the run around here, I realize why I don't trust mechanics. They stated they couldn't work on my car due to some sensors only nissan can program. I stated that the particular model we have doed not have the sensors that were indicated by the mechanic. They just ignored that, still stating only the nissan dealership could work on it. Well, I called the dealership only to confirm the fact that the car DOESN'T have the sensors indicated by the mechanic. I don't know why I was lied to about the whole situation. Straight up answers are always better. Only good side is that I saved a ton of money fixing it, just was an unnecessary hassle.

Coming all the way down from British Columbia, Canada to Texas this month (June 2024) I was looking for an automotive company that could take care of an oil change and more to make sure my Mercedes E350 convertible is ready for the drive back home to Canada. My friends in El Paso (driving a Mercedes themselves) said they do NOT recommend the Mercedes dealership but they recommend "Resler Automotive", so I went there to talk to the owner to see if they can service my 10 year old car. I stopped by one day and talked to "Art" (Arturo) the owner himself and told him what I was looking for and he said they can service the car but his company does not make appointments. Only "first come first call"... which I totally accepted. I went there 2 days later half an hour before opening hours and I was the first. When Art showed up he took my information right away and as soon as one of his technicians (Kevin) showed up, Kevin took my car right under his wings and what can I say, he did just a GREAT job!!! He checked all liquids, changed the engine oil to the one I requested as well as the oil filter, checked all electronic warnings, tire pressure and more, and he did all this for a super fair and reasonable price.
If I would have an Automotive shop like that here in Vancouver area, this would be my "Go to" shop for any issues I'd have or even for any routine work that is needed for my car. My recommendation = Go to "Resler Automotive" for your auto needs! You're in BEST hands there!!!

Have been going here for the past 2 years and they have excellent customer service and do a fantastic job on repairs. Their prices are very reasonable and never overcharge. Highly recommend this service center 10/10

Always my place of choice when servicing my vehicles or doing any major repairs when I can’t do the job myself. The entire staff is really helpful and professional and I get a rare sight at some exotic vehicles and classics while there. The best part is the donuts and coffee that Mr. Art has every day for customers in the waiting area.
