The Radisson Hotel El Paso Airport is a convenient hotel located right next to the airport, within walking distance and close to shopping centers, restaurants, and an Applebee's. Many guests find the staff to be friendly, helpful, and good, with service described as great. The hotel features a fantastic bar and restaurant with great food and drinks, and a pool hot tub courtyard that is perfect for relaxing, nice, private, and well landscaped. Events are held smoothly. Opinions on the rooms vary. They are described as fantastic, spacious, clean, tidy, super nice, and with fresh linens, but also as dated, just OK, and in need of deep cleaning. Some guests reported issues with proper cleaning, noting hairs, dust, and dirt on floors, a disgusting shower head with lime scale, and bathrooms that were not great. The TVs are not smart TVs. A significant point of frustration is a $50 guarantee charge with a slow return process that some find unfair. Occasional operational problems occur, such as water being shut off without guest notification and early morning disturbances from housekeeping or loud maintenance in adjacent rooms. The hotel can also be super loud from hallway noise.
Our stay at the hotel was a great experience. Nice styling. We used both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and were really pleased. Room was very spacious and clean. Overall very pleased .

I have stayed here multiple times with my family and on work business. This is the best hotel in El Paso in terms of service, location and food. The room are all brand new. The restaurant and bar are amazing. They also have a nice fitness center and indoor/outdoor pools.
