When I entered the store, I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed any assistance. I like that this store practices great customer service without an attitude! They were having a BOGO sale so customers can save a little money on their purchase. They also military discount (10%) on Tuesdays, which is a plus!

Called to look for a boot and the person I spoke to was very helpful I can't remember her name I'm glad she was able to hold my boots and I didn't have to drive all the way to Bassett for them since it was the only store showing them available at the time
