we keep calling and sending emails about our order. All we have been given is empty promises. More than half our order is still missing. How long is two long to wait? We have been waiting since the beginning of February.

Terrible service after a month and a half of an order that was never made and pure excuses not to tell the truth, I do not recommend it and the attention on the phone is just as terrible, very bad experience, I do not recommend it, I give it zero stars

Poor service. As a customer and a vendor I will never work with Norma or Hector again. The employees constantly lie about when the 2 of them will be in the store, neither ever return phone calls. I have been trying to resolve a purchase from December 2022 and they do not respond.

I ordered a shirt 2 and a half months ago, and I have still not received it. We keep getting told that they will be ready tomorrow, but that tomorrow has been 3 weeks. I pre-paid $25 for this shirt. I do NOT recommend anyone use this establishment for anything

This review is based solely on service. It’s terrible!! 1 star is one star too many. My daughter ordered her law uniform since the beginning of school year and it’s October and still nothing. It’s really frustrating and quite complicated just to try and get them to answer the phone. All I’m getting is “it’s almost ready” when other students in the same class have theirs already. I was to get a call yesterday to get it expedited after months of waiting yet no call. I will be going down today for answers. I hope the school teacher has a more better sense of selecting this place for uniforms. Shame on you for the worst service ever!! If you can’t deliver, then why in business? Shameful

If I could give them a NO star rating that would be the rating, they deserved. My student ordered their uniform in mid-August, and we have not received them. The worst thing is they keep giving us the run-around telling us they be ready tomorrow. That tomorrow has been three weeks. We paid them now were stuck waiting for them.

Ordered my shirt for my ccte course in the middle of August, it's November now and I still have not recieved my shirt that I prepaid $25 for. I do not recomend using this company, and would rather pay extra for another company who can deliver on time.

Always great service and friendly staff, especially Angie and Hector.That other place on E. Yandell doesn't compare to Premier.Premier should have the government contracts for uniforms not that other subpar place.

I paid 25$ for a shirt for my school in the middle of august and its been almost over 3 months to get my shirt and my whole class has yet to get them I really dont see why its taking so long to get our shirts I would rather go somewhere else and pay extra to get my shirts on time horrible experience I really do not recommend this place unless you dont mind waiting ages.

Very bad experience. Ordered some uniforms for daughters school. Told they were here. Drive from one side of town only to be told they were not ready. Very unprofessional staff. Prepaid for uniforms and later told was not supposed to do so until uniforms arrived. Don't know how they have a 4 start ratting.

Great selection and price on style of uniforms. Would have given them 5 stars but had a poor experience with the person who does alterations and had to take it to Bliss to have it corrected. Was told by Bliss that the person who sowed on some velcro used a fishing line thread instead of industrial fabric thread.
