I live in Horizon and I want to start with this: I never go to the one over there because the girl that works there is beyond rude so I started going to this one on Eastlake.
That being said, it is better however, I’ve noticed that after dropping off my last 4-5 packages, the red haired lady has been kinda rude too. I understand if you have a bad day, we all do. But this is a CONSTANT thing. I have to say “hello” first and “goodbye” and never smiles either.
They’ve done a good job with the packages and all. I just wish I could find a Postal Annex with workers that are happy lol

I always come here and drop off my packages and the ladies are always super helpful in taking in most of my stuff and creating labels for my packages whenever I don't have the time to make one at home! I love how they also make sure that my products are being sent to the right address and are more than willing to change any mistakes that have been made!

The girl with red hair is just so rude for no reason and I wasn’t surprised after I saw the reviews before I went in today. I will come here cause it’s easy but this staff has ugly energy.

These people were so amazing and very helpful! They were able to make copies for me at a more than reasonable price and I was able to email them stuff as well. Wonderful people there and they do shipping for UPS i believe I saw. Also they have lots of supplies. And if that ain’t enough they even had US Post Office options. Wow. Thank y’all so much I will definitely be back. Y’all are my go to place anytime I’m in El Paso! God bless y’all.

I have to agree that the employees are not friendly but since this is the only place around I continue to use their service because of the convenience.

Place was not busy and the ladies working there seem to be bothered that we were there. Next time I will mail my packages somewhere else!!!!
