There is a disgusting fragrance in the air, The time I was in that place I had to use my shirt to breath through it to mitigate the smell. I left the place feeling sick. It was not a person's fragrance it's one of those that still today some business insist on using for the "ambiance" ignoring how bad they are for your health. Some people get headaches from those artificial fragrances and don't know that's the cause.

Employees charge "labor fee" just to put tape on a box that you buy from them, box was $4.50 and they charge me $4.95 just to put tape..

The service is horrible, the staff is rude and they are not professional at all. I had a package from Amazon that was delivered to the Zaragoza location (due to signature required) and they said they don't know where my package is or when it will arrive there. The person who answered the phone didn't even take my name, much less my shipping number. It was 9:33 and the place opens at 9:00 a.m. and this was the response from the person who answered the phone: "I don't know and I can't check because I just opened and I have no idea where your package is, try later in the afternoon, maybe around 5, or another day, we don't have it here."

Political views shouldn’t be displayed in this business. But you walk in as of 3/26/24 they have a Palestinian/Hamas flag on an employee computer. You might be into it or not. But I’m looking for some other place to do business until they get their act together.

Would give it zero stars if possible, I went here to try to ship a gift to a family member. I paid the expedited fee and insurance just in case, since this was my first time using their services. Waited two weeks, called for a follow up and what do you know the package ended up being lost. I contacted these guys with the receipt to help find a resolution which ended up there not being one. Thankfully I was able to get reimbursed the shipping and insurance (which I had to ask more than once since they initially didn't want to refund me) but as for the package, nothing, nada, zip. All they would say is I would have to contact USPS in regards to submitting a case and potentially getting a refund for the product itself. I've utilized USPS case submission in the past, so let me be the first to say that El Paso's construction and border patrol issues would be successfully resolved by the time USPS decides to conclude their case and refund you your money. Moral of the story be aware of this place
