I have always use postal annex as my primary way of sending my shipments and today I decided to stop by this specific store on George dieter, worst experience ever! The gentleman there is rude plus I can’t believe I had all my order pre paid and they did not accept all my items because they only accept one usps per customer!!! I left and went to the one on Montwood and guess what the lady was friendly and she didn’t deny any service on me! Thanks for nothing I will never go back to this store in this location

If you're not aware of shipping rates, this guy will overcharge you on purpose; .44 cents per b&w copy is ridiculous as well.... Been going here for years out of convenience being close by, but today you lost a customer. People are better off going directly to the Post Office, FedEx or UPS. Stay away!!!

I ran a small business from my home, and often have several UPS and Fedex packages that need to go out. I probably go to this particular Post Annex 3 or 4 times a week. The truly appreciate the friendliness and help I get from both, Frank and from Luz. They are GREAT! There is another UPS Post Annex nearby, however, I prefer going to this one.

Management changed recently, although a very helpful and pleasant person named Luz stayed on. It is one of the few businesses in El Paso/Juárez where I actually enjoy visiting and conducting business. The new ownership, Frank senior and Frank junior, are so polite and courteous. I drive out of my way just to ship and receive mail from this location. Awesome people!

June 2021. All negative reviews are old and outdated. I got notary, printing, copying and shipping service. All under $25. Amazing, friendly and helpful staff. Highly highly recommended.
