If I could give a zero star that would be on point. Worst mistake ever, buying a mattress from this establishment. It took forever to be delivered. After a month and half, when they promised it would come on an earlier date. We waited so long, pushing the delivery back, week after week. Eventually we got the mattress, this was only because we wanted to cancel everything. If not we would still be waiting. With only an apology, at least give us a discount. Not recommending to no one. Go elsewhere, where they do care for their customers.

We went to the Hawkins store because we were in desperate need of 4 mattresses. Fernie greeted us and provided excellent customer service and gave us a great deal! Very professional and the financing was very easy to apply for. Highly recommended!

The service was awesome! I came in looking for a mattress, since I’ve never obtained one. I checked other places and prices and I felt turned down everywhere. Coming into Popular Mattress, Fernie was attentive and understanding. Any question or concern he was able to answer. Their prices are unbeatable as well as their quality in a mattress. I feel comfortable and acknowledged through my necessity. Kerry is also very helpful and polite! This was an amazing purchase for me. Thank you! Shop local!

I came in looking for a new mattress, now that I’ve had mine for some time. I encountered several places and prices elsewhere. As soon as I came in to Popular Mattress, Fernie was very attentive and helpful! He definitely understood what type of mattress I was looking for and gave me several options to choose from.
