Called for a lockout service and was told 30 minute wait. Hours passed by and when I would call I was sent to voicemail each time. Terrible company do not do business with them. Owner and staff are unreliable

Called for a simple lock out... Was told the ETA was 20 mins.... After 45 mintues I called them and they told me their on the westside of trans mountain.... Another 30 mintues... At the 1 and a half mark a called them and they forwarded me to voicemail.... Called again 10 mintues later forwarded again.... I called another company, they never called back. Never checked to see eif I stranded, never cared.... Don't rely on them to be there. I will forward this company and my complaint to the Fort Bliss garrison to get them added to the black list of companies allowed on post. I went from being on time with their their 20 mintue ETA to 2 hours late for work.

It’s Saturday night, and I was having a difficult time getting someone out to unlock my door. Service was fast , reliable, and friendly. The gentleman was courteous and was able to unlock one of the doors in my home quickly . Thank You for the excellent service.

Called, they said they were coming, 2 hours later never came and stopped recieving our calls. Not even the courtesy of saying they couldn't make it. Oh yeah. Clear your voicemail cuz is full as well I wonder why, couldn't even leave a voicemail.

Called for tow service. I was informed they will arrive in 25 mins. 2 hours later and they still didn’t show up. They then stopped picking up my calls. This was during a storm.

The guy that assisted us went above an beyond, he gave us options to see what was going on with the car and the battery was very patient detailed mentioned every possible outcome, all i gotta say is this is the best service in all El Paso if i could id put 10 starsService: Battery service
