The very best auto detail shop I’ve ever done business with! Virgil, the owner, took his time to make a trip to my workplace so that he could give me an honest estimate on the most filthy vehicle you can imagine. He negotiated a very fair price. I cannot emphasize how dirty my truck was inside. He and his team completed my truck ahead of schedule AND threw in a an engine cleaning as a cherry on top that we did not agree on. The truck looks immaculate now. When they got it, it looked like it was ready for the scrap yard - so in essence, the fellas at Platinum Auto Detail increased the value of my truck by who knows how much! Thank you Virgil and Platinum Auto Detail. Best deal I’ve made in years.

Absolutely do not recommend if you want an actual detail. I found numerous things still dirty inside and out. On top of all, they could not find my key fob for like 30 minutes after looking in another vehicle where they had left it. I even caught the guy wiping the inside of my wheels with a rag then moving inside and wiping my interior with the same dirty rag! Super disappointed for it being a $200 service. If I wanted a cheap wash I would have taken it to a lesser place. The owner did have two guys touch it up after I brought it to his attention and I will say it looks alot better after but overall it was not up to par. I left feeling deceived. Do not come here if you want a top notch detail.Services: Steam cleaning

100% recommend my car had like 80 deep scratches the whole rear door went in and he got me in and out in 45 minutes 0 noticeable scratches u really have to look to see them I'm 120% more then satisfied better then we both imagined if you need paint a correction or scratch removal go here and you won't be disappointed I'm not I can't stop smiling I love it

Three is not enough words I can say about Platinum Auto Details. First of all, the owner, Virgil, was very sensitive to my issues. My 2022 Tundra was extremely scratched due to a car wash. He assured me that I will be extremely pleased after they were done with it. The Tundra looks even better than when I purchased it. Thanks Virgil for the love and care on my truck.

The staff here is very welcoming and attentive. They helped me get a rancid smell out of my car after a night of partying, they pulled up the backseat and steamed and shampooed everything and I couldn’t be happier. Great prices, left my car with no smell, would recommend.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

My toddler spilled a pint of milk on the floor of our new car and these gentlemen helped us by cleaning it. They even cleaned the carseat.Thank you so much for the help guys.The smell would have been horrible if we didn't take care of this quickly.

My Tundra was over sprayed by a neighbor painting his fence. The Toyota dealer recommended them. I met with the team and got a no BS reply. They exceeded expectations and did not once attempt to upsell me or price adjust. They kept their promise and delivered my truck back to me better than it originally came from the dealer with only 8 miles on it. Vernon is amazing. Great prices. Honest advice on what can be done, and options for getting there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The people were nice, they did an amazing job on my jeep, It was pre-owned and extremely dirty. An especially good job on the old carpets. If your car is exceptionally dirty like mine was, I'd recommend having a friend so they can take you home or to eat or whatever so they have plenty of time to clean properly, mine took about 4 hours
