Two of the 6 cables were broken, 4 of the machines were broken, it was overcrowded, they sounded the lunk alarm for actually no reason whatsoever ( look around to see why it was sounded and everyone was just chilling)

Machines always broken . Ignored when you tell them about it . Packed over crowded. People on there phones forever on a machine . This is got to be the worse PF I've ever been to .

Of all the Planet Fitness locations I’ve visited in El Paso and elsewhere, this one has had the worst customer service by far. The manager seems to let pride get in the way of being approachable and helpful, which creates a negative atmosphere. As a result, customers are treated poorly, and it reflects badly on the entire experience.

I’m loving it here! It’s clean, the staff are nice, and they have trainers onsite. Granted the trainer I have isn’t a personal/paid trainer just for me, he takes care of 3-4 other people on average. So going to find him after I’m done using a machine is something I just have to do. Which, if that’s my only gripe, it’s not bad. :)

I moved from Tru Fitness to here! Why?!?! Super simple yet complex at the same time! Eddie is the best personal trainer I’ve ever had. He trains my husband and I Every day. We go in and ask for specific results and he explained to us why the exercise targets exactly what we’re wanting. Extremely friendly, very patient my husband wasn’t a believer of trainers and now he only wants to work out with Eddie. I could honestly say that the only reason I drive out of my way to go to this gym because I have two other planet fitness is close to my house is because of Eddie. I take an extra 15 minutes to go out of my way just to make sure that my workout is completed correctly with him. This gym would be nothing without Eddie!

I like when they receive me with and smile after a stressful day of work, that simple thing makes me feel better and more energy to work out.

Beware when you cancel, you can't over the phone and had to drive all the way to the location where you signed up, then they gave me a date to cancel by, and when I went, it was supposed to be done one week earlier because that's how their billing works... I was a black card and had to pay an extra month, I won't go back when I'm ready, they just lost a 3yr customer for peanuts, they wanted to give me extra months gimmicks instead.
