I’ve never been to a planet fitness that rings their siren before closing and this location will do it every 5 minutes after the 30 minutes till close. I don’t understand the purpose of that if we all are aware they will be closing soon. It interrupts workouts when they should be throwing out overflowing trash cans and actually do their jobs instead of trying to get people out before it’s even time. I’ve been to many planet fitness’s across the states and this has been the worst experience ever

Clean areas and equipment. Front desk staff are friendly.
Only gripes:
1. Too many people playing on their phones instead of actually using the equipment while others are waiting to use it. Instagram crowd monopolizing equipment is pissing me off.
2. Staff needs to walk the spaces more often. I'm constantly having to tell them to refill the paper roller.
3. Lunk alarm is stupid AF. Loud alarm is way more annoying than someone grunting while trying to get that next rep.
Overall, it's a decent place to make gains. This place will never get 5-stars though until more equipment is available and the gripes are addressed.

Areas have improved in all addressed spots. Can't do much about more equipment due to available space but at least it's clean and operable. New management, perhaps?

Honestly this was a good entry level gym but now they are goin up on prices and their blck membership price is outrageous for what you get compared to all the new gyms opening like crunch, chuze at the same prices but include tanning, sauna, group classes, kids day care, better and more variety on equipment. PF equipment is extremely basic, and the machines are always broken and take weeks to get fixed, dnt have hip thrusters, are not event open 24/7 all week just a few days. The trainer at this location jose extremely lazy, esch and every single time i had asked for a new routine he makes me come back multiple time for it because he never has it ready and always gives me a sad excuse. i used the hydromassage a couole days ago and it was all torn. I will post pictures of how long it takes for the machines to get fixed :) but they are great and very punctual to charge their latest fees and make it difficult to cancel.

Love this location off loop 375 & Edgemere Blvd, smallbest workout best price!er than most locations in town, which is great, not too many ppl & easy access to all equipment! ?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️???????

All staff are very unprofessional and can not with hold their composure need to train staff how to communicate with customers, Manager Philip kept avoiding to give me higher level management information and gave me false information quoting their are different owners and are not all the same owners for all planet fitness in El Paso.

Always great, always clean, always what's needed. I go in the morning when it's not too crowded. I like the atmosphere and the massage chairs r fabulous.

So wrote a review about how the billing process was got a reply from the owner to contact manager with issues and concerns about billing!!!!! Manager at planet fitness on joe battle is Named phillip this guy was a total douche bag!!! Didnt bother to help and he did say he wouldnt assist with the late fee due to me wnting to cancel my acct!!!!! What the hell kind of customer service is that and why would the owner say contact management when hes not going to bother assisting me!!!!! He needs to be fired for having poor customer service skills!!! DO NOT GO TO PLANET FITNESS MANAGERS DNT ASSIST AND ARE RUDE AS HELL!! IF YOUR THE OWNER YOU NEED TO FIX THESE ISSUES AND STOP RACKING UP BILLS WHEN PPL WNT TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTIONS!!! LET ONE CANCEL AND HAVE THEM PAY THE BILL!!!! WORST EXPIERIENCE EVER!! WORST! PHILIP IS THE WORST MANAGER IVE DEALT WITH

The people were great, but many of the machines were out of order. The red light booth barely shook at all, and the fan didn’t work properly. The equipment is not very organized. The machines were all over the facility instead of grouped together. The black card loungers were the basic loungers and not the high-tech loungers at other planet fitness facilities. I will stick to the facility located at Montwood and George Dieter.

I have been coming her for almost two years, and I don’t know what is going on. I understand that people use the equipment and that sometimes they break, but for the last couple weeks it seems as if they aren’t even trying to fix the u abundance of broken equipment There is quite a bit. Hope they fix them soon. I would hate to go somewhere els.

There havent taking care of the gym there is a lot of machines broken some sence november and this make it so frustating cus u cant work out fast and comfortable and when it get busy u waist to much time waiting to get a machine

I really like the Month-Month membership at $10. Just wished I could bring a guest each time untill they decide to get their own membership and receive a referral bonus of free months. Also, keep with watchful eyes of dumb users who abuse the equipment or are only there clowning around. A gym is not a playground.
