I always buy the Appetito dog food here. But there's a shiny bag and a dull bag.
My dogs seem to like the shiny one better. So I ask the female employee to get me the shiny one. But she said it was the same even though the description is different. She had an attitude and told me she would know because she works there. I went again this week and I'm not sure if she remembered me but she didn't offer to take the bag to my car and she just stood there looking at me until I asked her because I'm 63 & I don't have the strength to carry a 40 pound bag.
Other employees have always offered to carry it and have always been pleasant when i say thank you but this girl just put it in the car and left, obviously she remembered me.

Worst customer service ever. The store manager and regional manager will do nothing to assess or help your problem. Will definitely spend my money at a larger corporation instead of local. So sad. Will definitely complain to the FCC.

Worst customer service!!! Young gentleman who has been working there is very rude to customers. Also email states one per customer and not one per household. Store manager Alexis is rude as well. Will not support this locally owned business!
