Ngl they got more colognes than Dillard's ulta and Sephora the only problem is just if you ask them like for a date night or a fresh Cologne they just start naming brands. Like they can't really recommend you one. BUT I do enjoy that they have a greater variety And that you can try most of the recent and older colognes

I needed to return a perfume I got a few weeks ago. Their return organization is chaotic, only one person in the store can process returns. She's checking out customers and returns. She processed my return with a scowl plastered on her face. You have to fill out some paper with your name and address. I get that, but why do they need the customer's email? Why would they think I'd be happy to see emails from them if I am unhappy with their service and product advertising? Their "on sale now" is a big scam. They tout "their price" and "our price", and they consider that a sale. It's laughable. You're not saving any more money than you would going next door to Macy and using the coupon of the day. Lesson learned.

If I could rate lower, I would. I was helped by, Justin, as it states on my receipt. I felt extremely pushed to buy something I didn’t want to buy. I am extremely unsatisfied with the purchase. He came off rude with no knowledge of what he was selling. I’m a regular costumer and i’ve never had such a horrible experience. I believe that now a days they hire whoever.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by both a male and young lady. The young lady with purple hair helped me and she was the sweetest and most helpful person in helping me choose the perfect cologne. She asked the gentleman for advice and he as well provided some great recommendations. I will definitely be going back once I need more since the young lady convinced me into taking 3 and a portable one it may be awhile before I need to go back. Very kind and knowledgeable staff.

Rude staff! I asked if they offer discounts and I was given a reply that they have the best prices so they can’t. It wasn’t what was said, it was how it was said! In a rude way like how dare I ask. I came to realize that this is old merchandise which the lady at Dillard’s confirmed. Look at the lot number and call the manufacturer. These are well past their shelf life which is why they don’t have much smell left. So was it wrong to ask for a discount? I wouldn’t buy perfume here if was $1. It’s old and past it’s shelf life! Little smell left.
