SOLELY BASED ON SELF SERVICE: This place is pretty awesome to bath your dog. Especially compared to other options on the west side. Flat rate, everything’s provided, clean. They even have a rewards program for the self wash. The only downside is that their hours are fluid. It’s generally only attended by one or two people so if they’re done or it’s a holiday they may head out early which is understandable. Best thing to do is call before heading out!

They weren't open on the posted hours the day I went so I cannot tell you about the facility. Perhaps they are permanently closed?

I took my pugs to their vet for nail trimming they did not want to go and everytime seemed like torture for them. I have been taking them to Margaret and she is so wonderful! Now my pugs actually look forward to getting their nails clipped beautifully I might add!!

I’ve been taking my puppy storm and she is always happy to get a bath!! The ladies are absolutely amazing and so welcoming the customer service is always 5 stars!!!

amazing. I was very happy with the results. The only thing I didn’t like was that they took a pretty long time but it wasn’t really there fault since there were a couple of dogs ahead of us. My dog also really enjoyed it. He didn’t seem the least bit stressed out

Came in for a self serve dog wash while on the way to San Antonio. I’d taken my dog to the dog park before hitting the road and he thanked me by diving into a hidden mud pit. The people working were so friendly and accommodating. They only had one tub open which someone had taken about a minute before I got there, but let me use a non self serve tub bc the person was taking a long time. They had everything we needed - a ramp to get my shy dog to walk in the tub, warm water, shampoo, towels, and a blow dryer. I was just driving through, but if I was in the area I would 100% come back. A little before and after for you!

They take forever!!! I had dropped my puppy off at 9am and still didn't get her until after 4pm.... even though I called and asked how much long they said an hour to an hour and a half but no it took way longer and than I tried to call them again just so maybe I can just get my puppy back but they did not answer my call. Not worth wait..... and plus they didn't cut my puppies hair like I asked!! And they lost my dogs name tag and when I asked about it they gave me horrible attitude and told them to give them a day because they had other dogs to attend to like how you didn't attend to mine at all!!! Don't go here horrible place.

I brought my Pitbull Terrier here for grooming. They were done in less than two hours. His coat was clean and shiny and the nails were trimmed without issues, which is a huge plus for me as my dog isn't too keen on nail trimming. The whole ordeal cost me $40, which is comparable to other establishments for a large dog. I will be returning next time my dog needs grooming!

Love everything about this place. From do it yourself to the beautiful job she does. Always so kind and gentle to all the dogs I've taken to her. Even saved my friend's puppy from the at home cut her "Mom" did. Thankfully. The puppy could be seen in public after she was taken care by Margaret.

At first I wasn't sure what to expect as my other grooming experiences in El Paso have been very unsatisfactory. However, when I saw my dog after his wash and hair cut, I was 100% impressed and very very pleased with the service. The ladies are very sweet and know what they are doing when grooming your dog. My dog was super clean and looks incredible. They even gave me tips on how to maintain him based on what they knew after grooming him and his personal needs. Excited to be back in a couple weeks.

Love this place only payed 20 bucks for a big lab and they provide towels shampoo a brush and a hair dryer ! It's super nice and they clean up after you leave !
