Very argumentative owner I had a rsvp for November bc of unforeseen circumstances due to the military I called and rescheduled for Christmas time the owner graciously rescheduled me He DIDNT say well we don’t do this normally or this is a courtesy mind you I made a $50 deposit holding this. Fast forward two days before my scheduled drop off my husband’s flight from the Middle East has yet been delayed this time NOT canceled like it was for Thanksgiving we are just delayed bc of the well known situation over in the Middle East so when the owner calls me back today from my vm I left yesterday I literally tried to explain that I didn’t want a refund can he please hold it and allow me to call him back with a time bc of the delay this man raised his voice went slap off on me telling me they won’t hold my deposit I’ll have to reschedule and make a new deposit I’m trying to explain to him that I wasn’t informed that when I originally scheduled this and I’m damn near in tears bc it seems like no one understands the life of a military spouse trying to push forward and be strong for the kids etc and hold their spouse down at the same time we too need a vacation it got to the point after this grown man going off on me not allowing me to get a word in I tried to tell him OK I’ll just make a new rsvp and do the deposit again bc I understand even though I don’t but ok… he Hung the phone up in my face so disrespectfully I never curse at him or got loud bc my kids are in the next room and this whole trip was suppose to be a secret/ surprise for them I don’t know if the language barrier(Asian) was the cause of his attack when it wasn’t even necessary I just can’t I’m literally crying tears now bc I feel so not heard

Friendly, caring, and helpful staff took amazing care of my giant baby (Kane Korso) who is a very aggressive dog by the way; she came back healthy and happy. I received photos daily to easy my mind while away from her and for the first time- had peace of mind knowing she was well taken care of. Their facility was very clean and all animals were well taken care of. I look forward to using this place again when I travel. To my surprise the owner said my dog was a sweet girl who did very well. I was worried that they would not accept my sweet but very protective dog but the owner is a dog trainer and handles ALL animals very well.

First time here. Stayed for 7 days. Very clean and spacious space for my cat. I appreciate the quick response to my concerns. Definitely will use this place again.

I have never seen a cleaner dog boarding facility! The owner does so many little things that just don’t happen anymore. Our dog bed got soiled and he washed it before returning it! He also periodically sends us photos while we are away. It makes us smile whenever we get them. Our dogs love sun bathing which makes the indoor / outdoor kennels a huge plus. Every time we leave our pups with toys and blankets, they actually get get returned at the end of their stay! The prices are reasonable and what you would expect. By far one of the best dog boarding facilities we have been to, we are military and have been to many all over the US.

We boarded our dog here for over a week and it was a great experience! I really appreciated the pictures that were sent to us while we were away. Usually our dog seems skinny after we pick her up from someone else's care but this was the first time where I could tell that she was eating well! That's a great sign to me. I think my dog does better boarding in her own private space. I would highly recommend for any pets who are the same!

Highly recommend! My boyfriend and I travel monthly and take our senior dogs here while we are gone. The owner and employees truly care for the animals. I wouldn’t trust anywhere else with my babies. The owner sends me photos and updates every other day for extra peace of mind. The kennels are large and allow the dogs to go outside in their own fenced in area during the day. They are never without water and they turn on the heat on cold nights for the pups. :-)

Absolutely recommend…it’s been twice we leave our babies here for our vacations and they love it. Staff is wonderful and super clean and send pictures. My babies were happy going the second time and were very well taken care of. This is definitely where my babies will stay every time we take a vacation. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing facility, my dogs were perfectly treated and very comfortable.They had good amount of space to run and also protected from temperature and weather. Great place for pets long stay.

This facility is awesome! They took care of my baby really good. Facility is well taken care of, dogs have plenty of space to be comfortable while they stay. I also got personalized updates and pictures to know how my baby was doing during his stay.

This was my first time boarding all 4 of my animals (2 dogs and 2 cats). Every boarding facility was completely booked or not taking new customers. I called Paradise Boarding and came out to visit the next day and signed them up immediately! I had to leave for work for 2 weeks during thanksgiving week. This place is affordable and has such an amazing owner!!! I was given updates with photos every few days. My animals always seemed super happy. I was able to bring my own beddings and items from home which I think helped a lot too. I loved the indoor/outdoor suites and glad my babies could all stay together. I will definitely be coming back!! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my babies!!!

Called for a quote for services for two dogs for daycare. Was told my dogs required medium sized kennels and they were $25 each per day. I asked what $25 a day got my pets and the man just kept repeating $25 per day. I said, “I got that it’s $25 a day. What do you do for $25 per day?” He told me my dogs needed vaccine records. “Yes. That’s standard. But What do you do during the day with the dogs?” He said, “we feed. We clean.” I said, “do you play with the dogs?” He said, “no. We can’t.” His accent was pretty heavy and he was having trouble understanding what I was asking. Hoping it was just a miscommunication issue, I asked, “you don’t play with the dogs?” He hung up on me. Seriously? While I don’t expect one on one lavish attention on my dogs like I give them, for $50 a day someone better be throwing a damn tennis ball or two. If I wanted my dogs in a cage for 9 hours a day, I would leave them at home for free.
