After I got a flat, I found out that my car didn’t have the lug nut key needed to change the tire. USAA called Pisspoora towing and estimated a 72 minute wait. Two and a half hours later I had to drive the car on the flat to a tire shop, because this idiot clearly wasn’t ever going to arrive and was likely passed out on his front lawn. If you want something more reliable, buy a lottery ticket.

Made me leave my key in the car as i was not gonna be available to be present with the car as had to leave home and they canceled service on me and made up a more dramatic story than the reason i provided for the need of a tow and why they would not be able to tow it without giving me notice.
