Terrible customer service. I paid for a vanity and assembly. I waited 8 weeks patiently (told it would be 3-4). I then came in the store and talked to Amanda who I purchased it from. I was told the item is on back order. After waiting for a date she suggested alternatives I did not like and asked for my money back. I keep getting WhatsApp messages stating they tried to contact me. I have never missed a call and my calls to them go unanswered. I have been in and asked for my money back and was told again to wait for a call back.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could honestly they are selling items that they don’t even have in existence had me waiting for three months just to give me the news that it was discontinued!

We are very disappointed! I regret not reading the reviews before. I paid in full for my furniture they assured me it would get here within 2-8 weeks. No updates, not receiving phone calls because the number on the webpage of course is wrong. We spoke to Larry and the store Manager Amanda they said it would take 15 more days. 15 days came and guess what! All of the sudden what I really wanted was discontinued if I did!n’t stop by the store I would of never been informed!

I placed an order with your company, and I was assured that the items would be delivered by the end of February. However, despite numerous inquiries and assurances, the delivery has been repeatedly delayed.
After persistent follow-ups, I was informed that the delivery would be completed by March 8th. Regrettably, this deadline has also been missed, and today, I was informed that the delivery is now scheduled for the end of March. This constant postponement of the delivery date is utterly unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience and frustration on my part.
I find it unacceptable that I have paid for these items in full and yet have not received them within the promised timeframe. This experience has been nothing short of a disaster, a nightmare, and a complete joke.
Not only has the delay inconvenienced me, but it has also severely impacted my trust in OSGO Home's ability to fulfill its obligations to its customers.

I ordered a table and it took them 8 weeks to tell me that it was not available, I chose another one and they called me to tell me that they would deliver it on Friday and it never arrived, I went and they said that they would mark me and until now they have not marked me, I talk to them and They send me to the mailbox

Super, Super Expensive with very low and cheap materials.
Ugly Bedroom Sets, Cheap and Ugly Sofa and Recliners.
Nothing is made in the USA yet prices are off the charts!!!
They don't replace a broken or defective product they repair it.
You can buy real leather sofas and Recliner Sofas for less at Costco than OSGO.
I saw a simple chair at OSGO for $439.00 each, and they deliver it in 6 to 8 weeks, Daym !!! You can 4 at Costco for $600.00 and the delivery is less than a week.

Unreliable and untrustworthy.Delivery of furniture kept on being delayed with inconsistent excuses. The policy for no refund is mentioned as if it were the customers fault for there lack of follow up and failure to follow through. Currently sitting in their store pending "refund" paperwork that was discussed a day ago. Not ready either. When finally ready, my last name was misspelled with a Z at the end. They conveniently won't provide supervisors above the General Manager.

Dont Buy Here!!! I purchased a bed set with a very nice mattress March 8 for my daughter which I paid in full. I was told it would get delivered apx. 2-4 weeks. So after not getting any phone calls or emails I went to the store after 4 weeks and they said it was on receipt that it could be up to 6 weeks. I kept on going back and forth with them getting lied to several times. I was told twice the set was on a delivery truck coming from California and it was all lies. So finally after 7 months of waiting I got the set delivered but then was told the mattress had not arrived. I got a loaner which is crap and today is almost 8 months and still waiting on the mattress. All this time they dont reach out or anything. I will just be going for my money back. I had not read the reviews otherwise I would never have shopped there. I researched and found an article from K-Fox where they closed down their location in NE for the same reason and multiple complaints to the Better Business Bureau. That will be next step.
