I was sold a radiator cap instead of the washer cap I asked for for my windshield wiper fluid. The associate tried to sell me one for a Chrysler before I asked him to try again. I exchanged the radiator cap at a different location because I didn't want to be a hassle.
I also didn't like that there were five or six associates goofing off behind the counter when I entered.

O'Reilly Auto is great for getting a quick part, they have a limited supply on hand and most things for uncommon vehicles have to be ordered, which case, I would rather order it myself, from a direct dealer, and get the same or even better price. I tried doing a commercial account, but seems like the manager is never available and the application is paper only. Still 5 stars for the super customer service staff.

O'Reillys use to be my go-to guys for parts until now.
It is understandable that the cost of every single product we buy has increased over the last 4 years.
However, it makes little sense to purchase from Oreilly's or their neighbor competitor, "A.Z". Their prices are way too high compared to buying parts online from other suppliers.
For example:
I recently stopped by and called this store to quote a few parts for my vehicle. Man, I'm I glad that I did not waste money.
Way overpriced compared to buying online. You end up paying 2 to 3 times more for a similar part if you buy at O'Reillys or its immediate competitor...
Yes, Oreilly's brand may be better known. And yes, their parts may have a lifetime warranty as well. That's all good!
But in my experience, it has made more sense to buy a reliable part online at a lower cost and without the warranty, which will last a good four years or more with proper maintenance, than to purchase from O'Reilly anymore.
Because even if I have to replace it later on, I would still save money because the cost is still under what it would cost me to buy from O'Reillys! That's with shipping included!I was not like this before. Again, I understand that the cost of everything has gone up. But to double or even triple the price for parts is just not reasonable.
The customer service has always been good at this location, but their prices are just too high to justify the purchase here.

This specific location has the worst customer service ever. Upon entering the store, I was on my own. I asked for assistance and everyone suddenly seemed too busy.

I'll tell you one thing I will not go to AutoZone if you paid me O'Reilly's is the thing that you need they have everything I would not recommend anything through that and if you need any parts all you have to do is call and they're on it
