I admit that I walked in at a loss as what I needed to do. Fortunately, Liz was there to set me in the right direction. She was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. She didn't get frustrated with me and my many questions. She even was kind enough to suggest a local shop that could help me with my problem. She double checked on the parts (kit) that I needed and made sure they were in stock without her having to order it for me. She's a great asset to the company! Kudos on hiring this awesome woman. She took the time to help me understand what all I needed to do and was friendly the entire time. I will seek her out next time I have to get something else for my car. Great job!

Professional, Knowledgeable, Efficient and Attentive towards the Customer's needs, not to mention an Exemplary Human Being...These are all attributes that describe the Manager of this O'Reilly's store-Ms. Stephanie Beckles and whom has convinced me with her EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service skills to become a loyal Customer @ this particular Oreilly's Auto Parts store. You ask her for assistance and she'll find an answer for you. THAT'S FOR SURE! She is a great Asset towards the efficient operation of Oreilly's Auto Parts store.

Don't like it. There's a lady there who you can ask for help but doesn't seem like she wants to. I get a lazy vibe. Employees at auto zone always give me the help I need without feeling like I'm bothering.
