Had really bad experience here. Did not want to help me out with my problems to my engine and oil. Did not give me any information on how I can fix the problem or what it wasz Worst service here don’t come here , manager was very rude.

Roberto, despite being extremely busy, was so kind and helpful and patient while helping me! I HIGHLY recommend the O’Reilly store at 9020 Dyer El Paso, for all your auto needs. He went far above and beyond, and did so with customer service that is sorely lacking these days! Thank you, Roberto! I will be back!

Daniel helped me, he couldnt even open the hood, kinda rudeI walked in the door, finished his conversation with co worker then assisted me, instead of assisting me then finishing his conversation..
