you guys got friendly.people now friendly,tellers.cindy is not one of them.we want friendly tellers.and cindy is not it.im glad i dont see her.there any more.she does not belong.in a friendly environment.if it was not for us tellers.would not have a job.if it was for us customers,we are customers.to the bank.tellers.should be friendly.to us customers.cindy is the person we do not want.working there,at the bank.you guys got now friendly tellers.

Me and my family have been with this credit union for literally decades and these reviews are unreal? I'm sure their only doing there job and following procedures. If there was something going on I'm more than positive it wouldn't be open. My mom has been banking at One Source since the 80's.

Very sad. False advertising, sudden new rules, lying about "overdraft protection", and more hidden fees. One worker was able to work out my account for many many months [early this year], then I don't see her anymore since September. Now I see why she quit ired, very suspicious sketchy that the new staff was in new transition of "regulations" and finally enforced today. I didn't receive any notice of this through mail, email, account message mail, text, and even in person as I conducted my business these past few months. No wonder the other lady isn't around. I'd investigate this bank if I was a Law Enforcement.

I had a car loan with them and had a payment of 220 since I started three years later they say they don't have prof of my insurance that they have been charging me for insurance for 3 years while I was paying insurance and that my payment now would be 400 . I have sent them the proof and gone to the bank a number of times. It's been 4 months now and they are still charging me 400 my insurance payment doubled because of them and they still tell me they don't have proof of insurance.

I paid off my car 5 months ago and a month later they still withdrew the payment from my account, i already had the title in hand. They gave me money back after i went for it. My second car was unfortunately crashed and totaled in March insurance paid it off in end of April and they charged me the May payment then later returned it and my husband went to close the account and tell them to stop auto withdrawals. It is now June and guess what they did. THIEVES!!!!!!!

Lobby closed...drive through was no wait except when wanting to talk with someone...waited 5 minutes and got hand signals while I waited...I had no clue what to du but wait or leave....I went because it’s a shared branch by my bank how ever $500 cash was the max withdrawal. Really only $500 I’m still confused. ..went to a different credit union.
